Dropped off my CRF250L today and the service writer was incredible. I didn’t catch his name (he was bald in & charge though!) but very professional and it was great starting off my day with excellent customer service. I usually work on my own bikes but just moved and don’t have time, luckily I know my bike is in good hands! Thanks guys! 👍

The guy who is usually at the front desk for service is the most rude, bland and unwelcoming person I have ever met in my life in a professional setting. This was my second time coming here and every time I talk to that man he makes me feel like I'm an idiot! I have serval friends who have had bad experiences with him as well. Would not recommend.

I wish my review could be a good one but this is impossible. Im a brand new customer to this place and just needed a simple 600 mile service for a new bike.
I called a few days before I need the service and set an appointment for 9:30am. Guy said we were set so I said alright cool.
Got there in time and he took down my info and said itll be done in an hour, if your not in the store , ill call you.
I was starting to get worried after the hour had passed their may be something wrong with my bike. Ha, come to find out its just let chit chatting and forgot about their customer thats been pacing

Great experience purchasing a new bike at this dealership! Received a friendly greeting right off the bat and it just got better from there.
Phillip was very helpful and patient, and answered all my questions and then assisted me with several financing options. No pressure, just solid information. Dwane (I believe..) was very kind and helpful in assisting me with a helmet purchase.
Overall a great experience and I'm thankful to all the staff at Orange County Honda / Kawasaki for their excellent service. Will definitely be back!

I purchased a new motorcycle from Orange County Honda Kawasaki and had a great experience. I visited a couple of times and Alex, the sales consultant, was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. I asked how the purchase process worked and he explained it clearly. Sucks to see the bad reviews knowing how great this place is, but it was probably a simple mistake. Everytime we are trying to purchase a bike or parts we cannot wait to see the staff. They are kind and very helpful and I hope the bad reviews disappear because this place is honestly amazing and should be the place to go for everything

Figured it was time to share our experience with OC Honda Kawi. Not disappointed in the least, and they made for very happy buyers.
Had watched the EICMA releases on the 2020 bikes, and was very interested in seeing, and most likely buying, a 2020 Ninja 1000SX. Had visited a couple other local dealers which assured me they would have the bike in stock quickly. Asked the same question at OC, and Dwayne, rather than just giving us the "yes" answer, actually checked out his anticipated delivery dates on the computer and assured us that he knew one would touchdown in his store the end

Called in to have my bike worked on...we've bought bikes from here, we've had our bikes worked on here before...I ordered some parts online to have installed...sadly this service tech told me I had to buy the parts from them if they're going to install...not sure if they had a bad experience/lawsuit before or just trying to capitalize...I'm going to pay you for the svc...why do I also have to buy parts from you...long story short I called HB Honda and they said they'll do it...can't see myself ever going here again.

These guys are great. I was on the way to work and got a flat tire on my bike. These guys were able to get my tire replaced and had me on my way in a very respectable time.
Everyone I spoke with was very kind and attentive. I really felt like a valued customer there. At so many shops I feel like I'm not even seen as a human just another job and money. Steve, in service department, is honest, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable. This man knows his motorcycles inside and out, and is one of the few remaining honest workers at dealers out there. He discovered and fixed several different problems that were caused by huntington beach Honda motorcycle. I wish I had checked out this place when I originally bought my bike instead of Huntington Beach Honda and wished I had gotten all services done here. For more details see below.

Jeff, Dwayne, and Steve are always happy to help and answer questions. If you need something ordered, they'll take care of it for you.
Oscar in the shop with Steve is also very friendly though he doesn't talk very much. =) He's usually hard at work so though he may be quiet, say hello anyway because he does really good work.
