I live in Las Vegas, purchased a BMS Sniper 350T for outdoor fun. Very quick assembly and delivery time (Delivered to my driveway in exactly 7 days, experience may vary subject to distance) Very friendly and helpful staff. Having more fun than expected in my new affordable SxS. Online purchase experience was great by comparison to all -literally- all the rest (including Chinese manufacturer direct); still need to call, coordinate and confirm, but no hidden fees, strange policies or dealings; very straight forward with pricing. Thank you guys!

I need to add an updated review.

In addition to receiving a broken and inoperable Vespa last Summer, months late, without certified paperwork that comes with every Vespa from a legit company (you can't register it without this paperwork), and a fake signing of my name accepting delivery (which I of course did not given the pictures of my previous review - the refusal and request to take it back is on video)

The owner had back then texted and left voicemails threats that he knew "where I lived and people he knew would hurt me" if I didn't take down the honest review and beyond

Had an amazing experience with Turbo Power-sports! Picked up a KPM200 café racer and they kept me updated on the willcall shipping every step of the way! Bike is in great condition and a blast to ride! I highly recommend Turbo!

I was in search for a scooter, I came upon Turbo Powersports. This place is awesome, I walked out with an amazing scooter and had a great time talking with Tom. He gave me a full 2 year warranty on the scooter as well!! If you need a scooter, or any bike come stop by check this place out. This place is badass!!! You will not regret it!!!

Thomas the CEO is rude and went through my back back stole my money while I was using his restroom. I purchased a ATV it had a trans omission leak the very next day. I called ask for refund. Thomas insisted on that I was the one who caused it. I drive odometer was at 0 miles I drive 8 miles the transmission had leak and the engine light game on.It started smoking I ask for a refund and he told me all sales are final.
In stage of California there is t any buyers remorse.walk off with 9,000 dollars of my money.said his mechanic would not fixed also.
Told me I would have to find my own mechanic

I bought a 1500 BMS Sand Sniper 05/12/2021 and I am extremely pleased with the unit. I,
look for about 3 weeks. Called 4 Dealerships, Some of them did not give me time of day. I, spoke to Tory and Thomas who was very honest and helpful . I asked Thomas if the buggies have issues and he told me yes, Thomas let me know that sometimes master cylinder could go out and lights do not work for roof top. Thomas let me know they had issues were they had to buy and air mail parts from Factory, out of there own pocket.
I, was told it would take 10-15 days to arrived at my home in Louisiana .

I purchased an electric bike from them online, and paid an extra $1,200.00 for assembly and delivery. I had to drive 9 miles to a truck stop to get the bike. I noticed a hole in the throttle handle and the left side mirror was broken! I tried to drive this electric moped home and along the way the bike kept stalling and stopping which being on the road is EXTREMELY dangerous to say the least!!! Once I got my "New Electric Moped" home I then noticed several marks/scratches on the "NEW" Bike. I contacted customer service right away but didn't get ahold of anyone as it was a Sunday. High demand items for personal service type business, give these guys a try.
At first not knowing how high in demand the trikes were I got inpatient about my order. But the owner Thomas made it up by personally delivering the trike to my address. He explained to me what was going on and responses were quick. I would definitely buy my other toys from Thomas.
Buyers buy from Turbosport if you can be patient, but at the end you will be rewarded with personal service with nextdoor neighbor type service.

Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke with or emailed with was absolutely wonderful. They were polite, proactive and most importantly (in my humble opinion) they treated me like a person and not just "another sale". It was incredible to me, how even the owner himself, reached out to keep me updated and informed. Outstanding customer service! We will be buying from them again for any of our power sports needs in the future! I purchased the KPM200 on April 4th. I live on the other side of the US and expected to wait a couple weeks. On the 20th, however, after not really receiving any update on if it had been shipped or when it would be delivered, I call and ended up speaking to Thomas. Even after receiving the bike on April 21st, I’ve had to contact the dealer a few times more and kept speaking with him. He has to be one of (if not, the) hardest working person there that I felt I had to leave a review.

Looking for 2 quads for my sons for Christmas. After an experience I would call simply "TRYING TO RIP MY HEAD OFF ON PRICE" the day before at a place in Temecula " WHERE I WONT NAME AS THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE MENTIONED" where I told that owner I'm driving out from 2 hours out as well as I'm in sales I want a straight answer. Nothing I was told was the case when I arrived well enough on those guys who are a joke. I called the next day turbo power sports and spoke to owner Thomas. He was AWESOME I sent him pictures of what I wanted and he gave me a very great price

If I would be able to give this place zero stars I would this place is horrible customer service the item I bought from here does not work they always say they will fix it they never fix it we haven't been able to use the go kart now they don't answer us and they won't fix it and we bought warranty for it

What can I say, they flood Craigslist with duplicate ads, and then once you buy the bike...it falls apart after 2 miles, i mean 2 MILES? Cmon. Run and dont spend a dime here

If your looking for a atv, this is one of the best places to go. Super affordable, great costumer service, and very helpful. I went to buy a atv for my daughter and I was in and out in last then 20 minutes. Definitely will be coming back. I also want to thank Talo the mechanic for putting in overtime and assembling the atv for my daughter. Thank you.

Found these folks online. Their product options look really good as well as their pricing. Their website is pretty detailed and great picture presentations. Good youtube videos as well.

I was really excited about getting a buggy for the family and I, and looking forward to getting something from TurboPowersports.

Unfortunately, I don't believe I was wanted as a customer.

It was nearly a three week process with minimal to no contact or replies back from Turbo. It all ended with a text from Turbo simply saying "...goodbye."

I understand my credit was the not the best; but

I bought my son a 125 Apollo dirt bikes from Thomas and it was the worst experience I ever had and iv bought a number of bikes but right off the bat Thomas came off to be a really fake sales man he sold me a messed up bike and said he would send me parts not to mention he told me this the first day I bought it as soon as I got it and now he never calls me back but when u rip hard working people off karma comes back to you. My son is heart broken that the bike I just got him only a couple weeks ago doesn't run DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE ITSA RIP Off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys charged me $360.00 in fees when the whole bike costs $650.00 rude response from their representative too. Never buy from this place!

Made my second purchase from Turbo PowerSports. I come back to these guys because I had a very great experience with my first purchase. Love these guys and their patience in explaining every question I have!

Thomas was great! Met me on Saturday to help me get a scooter. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. His hands on approach to teaching me, a customer new to scooters, was really appreciated.

Dont buy anything from these people i bought a bike from them nothing but problems. Thomas is nothing but a lair supose to have a warrenty dont honor them. Stay far away this company bike will arrive damaged . They have very sneaky policys for shipping a d cancellation.

Bad experience. Bought a scooter online and was told by Thomas I'd receive in 5-7 business days. It's been 10 business days and company calls me saying they don't have a truck to deliver the scooter till next week, even tho the delivery schedule day was TODAY. Iim leaving to Florida for 10 days today and the scooter was a b-day gift, I told them to cancel my purchase since it took too long and I was just told they won't sent me a refund.. Beware. Will have to talk to my lawyer
