I would highly recommend Volt Energy! From the initial meeting to when our solar panels were activated everything was excellent. Their sales reps are easy to get a hold of, didn’t mind taking extra time to explain everything to us, and even helped us set up our thermostats to maximize our savings with SRP. Excellent experience.

Unfortunately our experience was not a pleasant one. We called to have them come out and give us an estimate and they did not show up at the appointment time of 4:00 PM. The first contact they made with us was by text at 4:25 PM which was 25 minutes late for the appointment. That alone tells me how the job site will go if they were to be hired.
They should've reached out and contacted us the minute they knew that they were going to be late. Absolutely no excuse for a company who is seeking business to not show up on time and definitely not to call if there is going to be any delays. We all

Terrible experience between Volt and Elevation Solar, the company they partner with for the installation. They also misrepresented the contract and told us we would be able to transfer the loan if we sold our home to someone else (purchase vs lease), only to find out 2 years later that we couldn’t transfer our loan upon selling our home. I would highly recommend you research your options and also look for companies that take care of their customers. Beware of their misleading sales pitch.

This company is absolutely amaizing. My wife and I were hesitant about getting into solar because of the reputations of some other companies. But Jason was completely up front with us and helped every step of the way. He was able to answer any questions we had, no matter when we asked, and was very informative about the whole process.
