I had nergy come out to my home to discuss the solar panels. Our rep matt went over everything thoroughly. They have been responsive any time I have questions. Matt, alex and miley have been a pleasure through the process. The system performance thus far has exceeded my expectations. I’ve saved money every month so far since it’s been turned on.

I am always terrified when working with contractors and spending so much money. I set an appointment for Nergy Solutions to come to my home and talk to me about going solar (in Arizona, it's the only smart move)
The sales guy was excellent and had all the answers I needed. Then they assigned my installation a Project Manager. SHE WAS AMAZING! Answered my questions, kept me informed about everything, gave instructions in writing and in text messages. My installers were on-time and worked fast (2 day install, I had a lot of panels installed)

Matt, Miley and the installation team were awesome. They didn’t oversell and I am very happy with the system. Waiting on my first bill but it already looks like it’s going to be $150 less than last month. They were ultra responsive to my questions and I swear Matt must be staring at his phone 24x7 just waiting for me to text so he can respond fast :-)

We decided to go with N-ergy Solutions because the sales rep, Summer, was so helpful and friendly. The process did take some time but we were told it would so it was expected. Everyone showed up when they said they'd be here and everything was completed sooner than expected. There was one panel that wasn't operating correctly but Nate came out to troubleshoot and had us up and running that same day. Very nice people from start to finish! Definitely recommend.

When making purchases of this nature, one must rely on the information given to me by the employee representing the company. My wife and I did our research and had a ton of questions. We spent hours going over the information with the sales rep (Randy), and he assured that his information was accurate and that all our concerns were misconceptions. Unfortunately, that was not the case as most of our concerns came true. Not only did we not receive any subsidy, our panels do not meet our usage in the cooler Arizona months (Jan/Feb) and therefore we now have two triple digit bills each month. The installation

UPDATE: Since my review I was contacted by Don and Nate. They worked hard to get the breakers replaced and to get the system running. Our system was turned on 10/29/18 and they have had someone come out to pressure wash the paint off the pavers and reseal them. They also contacted a company to replace the boards on the gate. Alex at Nergy has gotten approval to have our first 2 solar loan payments reimbursed and Nate gave us a gift card for our troubles. The install process went poorly but they picked it up and got it taken care of like a company should so I have raised their rating to 3
