It was my first experience with physical therapy and it couldn’t have been more positive. Makaela pinpointed my problem and in three sessions I was feeling much better and able to do stretching exercises on my own. I continue to do them and have incorporated them into my own exercise routine. I highly recommend Carolina Strong and Makaela Nelson!

I am the owner/operator of Southport Chiropractic, and Carolina Strong is where I send my patients when in need of PT. Besides being excellent clinicians, what separates them from other PT offices is that they are attending to their patients throughout the duration of your treatment, and this makes a world of difference in the results they get.
If you are on the fence about a PT, do yourself a favor and go see them first.

Everyone here is absolutely the greatest!! You are never treated as another patient, your treated as a friend. They take as much time is needed with you to ensure all your questions have been answered, and make sure your aware of all your progress, they are very encouraging, never judgemental. I would NEVER go anywhere else but here. They are not only doctors and nurses, their friends too.
