My company did a landscaping job for him this past summer and i remember him telling me about his tow service.
Long story short i bought a pickup truck YESTERDAY in NH and had him flat bed it home.
i am impressed because of his NEXT Day service.

Car was illegally towed from my apartment complex . I pay $75 dollars a month for parking at my complex , and my car has proper decals indicating this on my windshield. Anyways , first calling Framingham police , and they had no record of tow. Had to call this place to see if they had my car. I know it's never fun to be towed; but these people don't even follow the law

I have never had such quick professional service. Gabe came out and helped our employees that were stuck needing a jump and no one would be considerate to help a fellow driver in need. Called when my car wouldn’t start. They came out right away. I assumed it needed to be towed, but the guy solved the problem with a jump. Great customer experience and honest.

They saved our bacon on Memorial weekend when our RV battery died. They were kind, quick and responsive!

New to area..didn't know any mechanics in area. This towing company has a shop. Rick informed me on what was wrong with car, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was very patient. Also, price paid for work done was reasonable and I didn't feel like he was ripping me off. I'm happy to say Rick is now my mechanic!!!

I got a flat tire and had no spare. I called Henry's and they towed it back to their shop & the mechanic there was really nice. He got a new tire for me and installed it. They also got a used spare tire for me and put it in the trunk so I call that EXCELLENT service all around!

I had a flat tire with no spare. I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Very helpful and towed me to a tire shop. The driver name was Morgan, very polite and took great care of my Mustang. I spoke with a nice girl who answered the phone and had service out to me within 30 min. I will definitely use this company again.

Car got towed even though it was registered in the apartment complex, but whatever. Called to ask how much it was and was told a totally different price than what I actually had to pay.. it's also cash only so, that's makes a huge difference. There is also now a dent on the passenger side of my car, so yeah. Terrible place, terrible experience, and my car is damaged. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great experience. Highly recommend Henry's Towing. Employees were friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. What could have been a stressful situation was handled very well and put me at ease. I would definitely use them again.

My original posting is no longer here, so I'm reposting so consumers can choose another tow company. They towed my daughter's car at 9pm at night. The next day, she picked up the car around 11am. Much to her surprise, they charged 2 days of storage. I contacted Henry's for a refund, but was told no. Girl that answered the phone said "as soon as the clock struck midnight, you get charged for another day". Last I checked, there are still 24 hrs in a day. I also sent them a letter, yet another opportunity to refund money they overcharged her intentionally. As a last resort

My car was towed and they damaged my bumper. They are denying it and even told me that they have pics to prove that the damage was already there. When I tell the guy to go ahead and look at the pics he tells me that the pics were deleted by the driver due to all cars from the lot being picked up already. How convenient? I told the guy he could still find it through the cloud or something on the phone. He continued to deny that they damaged my car. The guy was very rude and he was even yelling at me over the phone. Wholly rip off ! 1st off the lady that answers the fon is rude to say the least ! 2nd they only deal in cash wen u pick up your car( FIELD DAY FOR THE IRS). now my story finally, here goes- I live at an apartment complex & complex towed my car & paid $200 to tow it to Henry's shop. ( I didn't know this wen I picked my car up) wen I arrived to pic my car up there was an additional $200 for towing ? Huh ? What ? So I paid it no biggie. Now my apartment complex says I owe them $200 for the tow. I said I paid $200 for tow plus storage fees ! $640 yikes ! How can u charge 2× for 1

I had 2 vehicles towed 8.4 miles. They claimed it took 3 hours for 1 and 4 hours for the other. He must have carried them on his back. He charged me 1100.00 dollars. I will never call this company again. I have had the same vehicles towed from Cambridge to Natick for less that 500.00. Its not like it was in the middle of the night either. They started towing the trucks at around 9 am

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away!! My husband and I called for a tow at 6pm. Our car had broken down- thankfully in our driveway. We called and ordered a tow for our car to a local repair shop. We were told we would receive a call from the driver when they were on their way. Well, 90 minutes later and no call, we decided to call them back. When the call service checked with the driver, she reported back that they had waited outside our home for 30 minutes and decided to leave and refused to drive back. We were literally sitting in our living room, on the couch with the windows open

Henry's, among other services, provides towing service for AAA road service. They are close by in Framingham. Their drivers are professional, helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I will definitely use Henry's Services again and again. The tow driver was professional and thoughtful. I thought I had a major problem and headache on my hands, Henry's to the rescue; the driver showed me a trick; a bypass to the problem, and should this happen to me again, thanks to him, I can handle it! Called AAA yesterday for a dead battery in my Jeep Wrangler. A technician from Henry's Towing, Framingham arrived in 10 minutes which I thought was incredible & conducted a quick test to determine the battery was at the end of its life. The technician from Henry's discovered he didn't have the type of battery needed for my Jeep in his truck, however, he had a colleague bring a new battery to him at our location, in what seemed like only minutes. I don't recall the technician's name and although he looked very young, he sure knew what he was doing. Very impressed &

Angel's in the flesh here! Called AAA and was so grateful to have Henry's Towing come to the rescue. He was 40 minutes ahead of schedule, I only waited 20 minutes. He got me back on the road in under 10 minutes. Very grateful!

I had a horrible time, be careful if you park at the commuter line because this guy will tow your car and increases the fee from $150.00 to $200.00. BE CAREFUL.

While one might associate the men and women who do towing of vehicles in a negative light, let me dispose you of that notion.

The muffler fell out of my car earlier this week. Talk about inconvenient. It was laying on the ground but after it cooled, I was able to wrestle it off. Without the muffler, my Saturn sounded like a B52 and therefore undrivable.

I immediately called AAA and was promised a tow within 30 minutes. In less time than that, up comes a clean car carrier from Henry's Towing and Mark, the driver. Clean, neat, courteous and polite. He drove my car onto his flatbed and off
