If your car ever gets towed here I suggest you make sure you have no valuables because they steal whatever is in your car. My friend had cash in his car he was brought to the hospital from the accident so had no chance to grab whatever he needed. These people don’t care what situation you’re in they will take whatever they can because they know… they will get away with it. I have known someone who worked here before and have personally heard them say to their coworkers let’s go look for some stuff to take and then proceeded to fight with each-other over an iPad. Went there with my gf cuz we both needed oil changes and she also needed an inspection sticker. They kept mixing up which one needed the sticker, we mustve told them at least 4-5 times before going to the waiting room. Then we get called up and they inspected the wrong car! They passed it even though it had a taillight, a marker light, and license plate lights were all out. When we were telling them they did the wrong car and falsely passed it, they were very defensive and argued with us and very unapologetic. One man said "sorry we cant all be perfect like you." Everyone there had a terrible attitude

I called before I went for an Diagnostic abs. They told me 58.00 on the phone. When I picked it up they charged me 145.00 for not even diagnosing the problem. I will never go back to this place. They actually just stole 145.00 for nothing because there was no end results. $145.00 FOR NOTHING. PEOPLE BE AWAREE!!!!!!

Recently, someone crashed into the rear bumper of my Corolla. (The car was parked in my deeded spot at my condo.)
After approximately 40 years of taking my cars to Paul Belsito, he recently blew me off.
I called Herb Chambers in Auburn and they told me to come right over. They were calm and professional, and did not charge me.
FYI, the car still has the funky bumper, but that's because I declined to spend the necessary money.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. Brought car in with a dead alternator and picked it up with a ruined climate control system. Was told it’s “a coincidence” and my problem by Miguel, the incompetent technician. Pretty clear he just didn’t want to get found out. I live 3 hrs away so not even worth my time to fight it based on other reviews. Seems like ownership is indifferent and self-serving. To boot, Miguel left my floor panels unassembled hoping I wouldn’t notice, just like one of the other reviews. Lazy loser.

Had a good experience until I picked up my car. Friendly receptionist, super fast tow pickup, serviced my car quickly in light of no appt. Had the alternator and battery replaced. HOWEVER after driving for a few minutes noticed a significant problem with my climate control -- one side of the vehicle works fine but the other only
pumps out high heat, any time the climate power is on, no matter the thermostat setting, outside temperature, or even if in AC mode. Completely fubar. Never had a problem or issue of any kind with the heat/cool system and definitely working perfectly before Belsito serviced

The description above says "Tires, Towing," and that is maybe 20% of what they do. For me they've been a full-service auto repair shop...and here's how I know.

The Worcester police had my car towed during a snowstorm when I was out of state. It was not the tow companies fault. They were extremely professional, helpful, and worked with me on the fees. Because of this, I would absolutely use them if I ever needed a car towed. Jay was Pleasant, Polite and Professional - the 3 P's.

They the job done but I've gotten my car fixed here in the past, even for oil changes and car inspections. Things are good but they honestly work as slow as snails! I made an appointment the day before and they took the car right in... but I've been here for almost 2 hours now. And this is the first time. I don't know what my stepdad sees in this place, and he's even had problems with them in the past too.

So manipulative and rude, the guy gave my father a hard time about leaving the car outside of the gate for him to drive back home so we didn't have to pay the storage fee for leaving overnight, and they charged me $65 to look at it. I didn't want them to look at it, but they called me at work and spun it to sound like he wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I just needed to get off the phone and think about anything else for a while after my accident and they totally took advantage of that. This should have all been included in my yearly AAA membership fee but instead I'm paying

Very condescending towards women! I felt as though they were talking down to me because I don't know about cars. Plus, they profusely assured me that they had the lowest price on a set of tires I was interested in. Fortunately I felt so directly talked down to that I decided to go home and call around. Found a better deal at Goodyear. Plus the service men were really clear about explaining things and the price was even better at Goodyear!
