They charged me double the amount they should have according to the insurance plan. Eric (the office manager) has been giving me the run around for over two weeks now even though I provided him with the EOB's from the Insurance Company (twice). I will not let them steal from me and continue to use them. I guess it's time to look for an honest Dentist.

I was looking for a good dentist for the family and found a great one! Very nice office, front desk clerks, dental assistants and the actual dentist. They got us back very quickly for it being our first visit and took their time with my three children. They were comforted throughout the process and well taken care of while I had to move from room to room to check on each child. The lady at the front desk handled everything I needed and went out of her way to call and get the provider changed for me! I cannot express how satisfied I am and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office! Thanks so much ProSmiles!

After years of not wanting to go to the dentist I finally gave in after listening to my wife about the benefits it has to get my teeth checked out for my own health! I couldn’t have picked a better office, the assistants especially Samantha make you feel very comfortable and have no problem explaining the details of what’s going on! The dentist do a great job of telling you what you NEED and do an awesome job of making the perfect treatment plan for you! Would definitely recommend I’ve even started to bring my kids here as well

I took my two-year-old here for the first time today, just for a checkup. Every single person that my very energetic toddler and I interacted with was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. We have been to other local places and they just do not compare. Smiles and a positive attitude go a LONG way, especially for a parent with a nervous/excited kid. Thank you SO much, ProSmiles! We will definitely be back for every visit!

The staff at ProSmiles Dental were super nice and welcoming. When I arrived I was greeted, checked in, and called back quickly. I loved how organized the staff is and how they communicated their action plan with me. I’m not a fan of dentists, but I highly recommend prosmiles and I will definitely be back!

For the amount of time I have attended Pro-Smiles. I have never had any issues. My 4 children are always in good hands. I love that they have an orthodontist available too. I have everything I need for my children in one building. All the staff member do the best they can to make me & my kiddos comfortable, so we leave with a smile on our face! I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and I was scared to death. Ms. L and Jackie were amazing. They took the time to ease my stress and explain things to me. They were gentile, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. There was no pain and it was over before I knew it. A very positive experience. All that stress for nothing.
