So sad what's happened to this place over time. Used to be my go to place regularly with top notch service. Prices were not cheap but it was as good and convenient. My small suv was $40 for in and out. Well fast forward to after Covid when I haven't had car interior washed and came back while getting hair done. Price is now $69 without wax. The vibe was completely unprofessional not classy Ok job. Will not be coming back. I had tried calling the Mgr to explain prices too high abd said many customers agree but it was a lot of work today this transaction. Real bummer.

I decided to try Pronto Wash for the first time today. The price quoted for a wash and hand wax was $64.00. It seemed a bit high but I decided to give them a try. The service was nice, although I'm not used to it taking two hours for this type of service at a competitor.
What I didn't like is the fact that service options and pricing are not posted so that the consumer cannot decide what they want to purchase. I felt a high pressure sales pitch and had no recourse to compare lower priced services that I may have considered. On top of that I was asked repeatedly about adding a gratuity

My name is Manuel Fontanot and On July 23, 2019 I showed up in the carwash at 6000 glades road to wash my Mazda vehicle that was only a little dirty, I paid $ 37 service and the work they gave me was horrible, because they didn't wash the vehicle properly or they vacuum it properly, because the soil and sand were still inside it, and the tires and wheels were dirty, I claimed Mr. AJC, but laughing in my face he said I had hired a basic, BASIC SERVICE??? for $ 37 and he didn't even wash it properly? So I attach photographs and request the return of my money let's see what happens

The wash was amazing inside and outside even though I was the only one there they really took their time but the reason it's not five stars is because after I already was driving home I noticed both of my chargers were not in my car so I went back to the mall to see if they were on the floor where the car was washed and luckily they were on the floor so it was inconvenient for me to drive back to the mall after almost being home and they were closed, however the car wash was amazing so I definitely would return and just mention to keep all my belongings in the car

Terrible!!! i went to the boca mall for their services and i paid for an ultimate interior and exterior spa package and left them with my keys. i left and they said "they would finish and leave the keys under the seat because they were closing" when i came back and saw the awful job they did i was in disbelief that they would charge $145.00 for such a sloppy job. they did not even move the seats to vaccum. it was the worst car spa job ever. and there was no one there to complain to. so i felt yelp was the best place to post my experience!

Sketchy about prices, signs say one price but they then try to tell you the sign is wrong. Fliers also say that price, and they claim fliers are wrong and says owner knows everything is wrong but sign is new so it stays. Law is you cannot lie or make unclear pricing, yet still do. Not sure if workers were playing a scam or the business is legitimately wrong. Either way, I would avoid as it's a lie. Even if they had honored their pricing, too expensive for a bad job

My wife and I have had our SUVs washed and detailed here for years and paid their high prices out of convenience, but no longer. To be told that they won't do an exterior wash and only one of their expensive options because it's Saturday is just plain stupid and bad customer service. You lost a really good customer who has spent thousands of dollars over the years today.

The WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!! IF YOU HAVE A NICE CARE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! I went to Pronto Car Wash on Glades Rd. located in the parking garage by Macy's. When I went to get my car from the car wash, I noticed there was some damage on my S600 Mercedes. When I confronted them about the damage, they proceeded to tell me that the damage was there on my vehicle prior to them washing my car. I said if there was damage why wouldn't of you marked it on the receipt where you would mark damaged places on the vehicles. He had no answer for me....

They did a great job on my car and I also used a Groupon I'm not sure why all these reviews are so negative. Very nice to me and the lady before me was very very rude
And I felt very bad for the guy at the detailing wash. This is my second time there and I would definitely go back ...first time I did not have a groupon.

Yep! The ole bait and switch here too! Tall African American man calls the shots on these groupons... Yes we can do your car.... Ooooh! You have a groupon? Sorry we are booked solid! Pronto.... Don't you know groupons are designed to increase your business by giving you first time customers and them coming back because they like you! Well I def do not like you and I can see others feel the same. Just look at your reviews on a variety of sites.You wasted my time with three kids in tow and I told about 1,000 on social media. You, my friends, are a bunch of idiots! Fitting ... Very fitting

I was able to be taken last minute w my groupon for the supreme package. It was def waxed and shiny all outside. My lil baby rims on the mini were bringin.. Inside was almost perfect Cept for missin a few smudge marks on Windows and dashboard didn't seem to be wiped down. I can't complain bc. It's much cleaner than before but for an almost $150 price tag and a $40 tip u should be sure that Car is perfect. Wouldn't come back here for full price

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a Groupon for this business. I tried several times to make an appointment and couldn't get through, got a "mailbox full" message. When I finally got through, I was told that no appointments were available. I explained that my Groupon was expiring and that I was unable to get through to make an appointment. I was then basically told that I was out of luck, and if I wanted the carwash I'd purchased I'd have to pay an additional $25. No effort was made to accommodate me. It was a waste of money and time. I will also notify Groupon
