I took my MINI in for the GOLD service. All was well until I realized, while still in the parking lot, that my MINI hatchback trunk would not stay closed. I showed a nice man who seemed to be a supervisor and he tried several times to fix it. We THOUGHT that by manipulating the lock mechanism, it was fixed. I drove away but by a block later, the hatchback was popped open again. Because of a pressing appointment, I had to continue us in my way, so I called them. I spoke with a man who said he was the manager and owner. He told me he was not a body shop and he had no solution. He became very rude

There’s a car wash across the street. I would very much so recommend waiting the extra 20-30 minutes. I paid $85 for a chemical wash that didn’t work. Terrible job vacuuming and wiping the car down which they charged $20 for and the windows are still dirty inside.

I paid 64 dollars for interior cleaning and wax. You can see the spray of the wax on the plastic part of door that I will have to address myself later. Unfortunately that wasn’t the worst part. I had to go back because multiple things were missing from my car: the interior door handle cover (little plastic piece to hide the screw underneath it), a decal (I just had my windows done so that decal is stuck on the center console, albeit it looked like trash) and a couple of masks (KN95 and surgical). They found the door handle covering, but not the decal. I would not want to masks back anyway, even

If I could leave zero stars I would…. Took my boyfriends car here to get a hand wash to realize 10 minutes after the fact that they had badly scratched the front fender down to the metal, after proceeding to take the car back to show the OWNER what his employee did, he said “can’t be us” and showed me the exit. We then contacted the company through social media where they proceeded to delete all comments and we were then blocked. This company refused to take any sort of accountability for the damages caused, they’re BEYOND unprofessional and ironically enough, there are many other reviews

Great place for an automated car wash.... Was a bit skeptical at first, but the service and value can't be beat. Chose the monthly Silver Express wash, an unlimited monthly pass for $40+tax, which includes both exterior and interior cleaning, tire dressing and they even take out and wash your mats. Even though it is an automated wash, they hand dry/finish your car, and when a few spots I pointed out needed a little extra cleaning/wiping, one of the guys went to get a fresh towel to wipe them. down. They also offer a full hand wash for those who don't wish to run their cars through an automated
