Mint eco is easily one of the highest quality, best organized, and quickest car wash services I’ve ever used. They are on point. The machine is high end, and when you come out you’re greeted by happy staff that wipes your car down quickly and efficiently. It’s a very clean car wash too, not dumpy and the staff are all normal people. The inside is put together quite nicely, they did a great job with this place. Also the prices are very fair for the quality of the product.

I've been a member here for a couple years. It use to be great but has gone seriously down hill. Today, they are closed due to rain but there is a 46% chance of rain for 1 hour today at 1 pm. Can you say bad business practices?
Recently, my 3 to 4 hour detail took 7 hours. I was not prepared for them to have my car ALL day. No one called me to let me know it was going to be an additional 3 hours above the longest estimate I was given. And I had to get 3 rides instead 1 due to their lack of time management. And my car was not detailed. The door compartments were not cleaned and I had wax marks

Every time I bring in my car for a wash I’m always impressed with the quality of the service and the super friendly staff. Reception area is always very clean with comfy chairs, Celis refreshments and free coffee. Such a great experience every time!

While the overall quality of the service was good, there was a severe lack of punctuality.
I came in for a 90-minute interior detail with a 10:00am appointment, it is currently 1:13pm and I am still waiting! While I do understand time-constraints, it is strange to see how 90 minutes translates into three hours.
If you value your time clean your car elsewhere.

Disappointed at the level of service here. I was a customer of Eco Mint Car Wash for the first time ever on 7/10/21. I paid $100 for an outside wash / inside detailing and upon getting back home, realized the job had been done poorly. There were parts of my car left unvacuumed and dirt left on different parts of my dash and console storage. I had to leave my house again and drive to a self-service car wash to finish it myself. Giving it two stars cause at least the mats were vacuumed decently. I won't be returning to Eco Mint and it would be nice to at least get a partial refund. I sent an e-mail

Before they changed the name and ownership, this was my favorite car wash. They used to clean every nook and cranny In the interior . Now it’s just like a basic car wash ( Quick wipe down and vacuum ) at least put some armor all in the tires for $25. Definitely won’t be coming back here, especially for that price!

Have been coming here for a while, it gets pretty busy so I try to come very early or later in the day during the week. The waiting area is always nice and clean. Lots of vending machines for snacks. There is an ATM machine as well, but walk with cash for tipping because the machine is expensive. The employees are always friendly and efficient. Will continue to return here.

They are crooked and don’t do anywhere near the job they used to when they opened. I tried downgrading my membership for two months and they did not do anything until I messaged via messenger. THEN, when they did, instead of refunding me they did a pro-ration. I wasn’t happy, and told the manager so, and was offered a free interior wash. I just tried to redeem that and they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD for my “free” interior cleaning!! Horrible, horrible customer service!!!

I just spent $45 plus tip and 90+ minutes of my time at this place and my car does not look like it should at all...
I'm extremely disappointed
I was able to pick stuff off the exterior once they said they were done and then they told me that the detail that I got focused on the interior.
I lifted up the seatbelt and they were still dirt and a candy wrapper underneath it so needless to say I'm very disappointed and will never go back there again!
The front passenger seat was not cleaned at all
Even the manager who came over said it was not up to par and wanted me to come back so he
