I am disappointed with their service, being paralyzed for 37 years I have dealt with many home health agencies. And this one is by far the worst. My regular Monday through Friday attended what's great, but the weekends were something else. Either nobody showed up or the people they sent were very unqualified. Plus the communication in the office what's terrible, the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Would not recommend them.

I’m a quadriplegic, confined to a wheelchair. I’ve been in the wheelchair for almost 30 years. I’ve had my family care for me for the majority of the time. For almost 2 years, I’ve had Hands and Hearts taking care of me. They come twice a day, for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening. In the morning, they get me up, cook breakfast and prepare lunch and do some cleaning. In the evening, they prepare dinner, do any additional cleaning, help me with toileting and showering and put me to bed. It has, truly, been a pleasure having them as my primary caregivers.
