Owner is extremely racist, disrespectful, rude and arrogant. The company only cares about money, not people. The turnover rate is high. I wouldn't work for this company and wouldn't hire them to care for my loved ones. Owner isn't concerned whether or not patients receive medicine, food, proper care or a bath so long as he has a warm body in place and gets paid. Don't be fooled by the first introduction.
