Albano, a very prestigious and well-known cosmetic and medical tattoo artist in Los Angeles and has received advanced training at Huntington Academy of Permanent Cosmetics.

Services
The eyebrow microblading technique creates thin, precise and beautiful strokes to imitate natural eyebrow hairs. The technique involves using a small, very sharp scalpel, which is made up of 10 to 16 very fine needles configured into a blade to deposit the pigment into the skin. A permanent eyeliner treatment is an effective way to achieve the look of eyeliner without the trouble of applying it daily. Permanent eyeliner can be applied as subtly or as dramatically as you like. Just as with an eyeliner pencil, permanent eyeliner can be applied above the lashes, or in the lash line itself, and the line can be as fine or as voluminous as you like.
Permanent lip liner is the ideal choice for beautiful, subtle color which lasts and never smudges. To create a soft and powdery look I do an outline on the border of the lip, and also shade the color down into the middle of the lip in a circular motion to give it more of a blended look. This procedure is designed to define lips, not to create volume or puffiness, though the added definition creates the illusion of a more voluminous lip.
In breast reconstruction patients after a mastectomy, to recreate a natural and realistic appearing nipple areola complex. This can be done over a nipple reconstruction or without using 3D tattooing technique. After other breast procedures, such as breast reduction, where the pigment has been lost or to achieve areola symmetry.

Megan made all my eyebrow dreams come true! She was super nice, helpful, professional, and patient. I got nanoblading and shading and HIGHLY recommend her to help enhance your brows, while maintaining a very natural appearance. We worked together to find the right shape for me and once we found it, it was smooth sailing. It was pretty painless for me; very manageable. I almost fell asleep even, lol. Nano brows are the way to go and Megan is your girl to make them happen!

I received the “lip blush” treatment at Bella Ink on Thursday September 16th and I can honestly say it’s the best service I’ve ever had. Today is the 19th and my lips are healed and looking lovely. My teeth look whiter, the lines that have started to form around my mouth are much less noticeable and my lips look young and plump. I highly recommend this service to anyone that wants to feel younger and more beautiful. Meagan’s office is clean, quiet and comfortable. I’ve already scheduled an appointment to get my brows done!

So glad I found Megan! I've had my brows done for several years now, and I wanted to try out eyeliner. I received so many compliments after just my first appointment, with everyone saying how nice my makeup looked. When I told them I was only wearing eyeliner they were shocked. Since the eyeliner turned out so good, I decided to also get my lips done as well! I'm only on day 3 of healing but I love the way they look so far!

After doing a lot of research on nano blanding vs microblading, I decided to try nano blading as it's more a more of a natural look with fine strokes. I just had my 6 week touch up and I'm very happy with the shape and color. I don;t need to wear eye makeup anymore on a daily basis, my brows look so good!

Megan did a fantastic job on my eyeliner. Looking online, she is the first person I have seen that looks like how I wear my liner. My first appointment ended with some unevenness but really only noticeable to me. The touch up appointment was fantastic, though definitely more painful than the first. Megan was painstaking in getting the ink down between the lashes and giving it a more “eyeliner” look than “tattoo.”

Megan did an amazing, pain free job. I wanted a natural look, and not black in order to blend with my complexion. She has a range of colors! She is very delicate and careful, so my experience was barely more than a bit of discomfort, because I'm such a blinker. She worked with that too and the results are perfect. It is so nice now not to struggle with applying eyelinernfor work, and goodbye makeup smears & smudges around my eyes! Thank you so much Megan!
