I give 5 stars to the Mechanic he did a great job tuning my Giant Trance 3. Complete overhaul he even went above and beyond from what he had to do.
Dropper post fixed.
Replace my my old tires with new Maxxis Minions that, I provided.
Fixed the wobble that my back tire had which Cycle World couldn't fix
The only Con that I can express is pricing the new owner need to be clear and transparent.
Other than that I can say the Mechanic did a great job!

The new owner(s) is a liar that will tell you one price and charge you a completely different price. He told me a turn up and new inner tubs would be $95+tax the total came out to $115+tax. Buyers beware owner will lie and up-charge you. I’ll be doing my bike services elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

Like many of us, we're affected by COVID and may not see the inside of a gym for a while. I went to this bike shop and many others, I tried offer up and found that it was too much of a gamble. I walked into the store hoping to change my tires, as they were run down and without tread. Upon entering I spoke with the owner, advising him of my need for new tires, and I proceeded to inquire about the cost, of which he told me there was a range, and literally walked away from me without an answer. The gentleman that was working on my bike (the employee) proceeded to grab the tire I needed and told me it was 20$ per tire. Seemed pretty fair to me, however when I was waiting for the bike to be fixed the owner came back and told me he’s like to “ring me up”. When I went to pay of course

Pretty difficult to give a review of their work because I was not helped by an employee/sales associate for 10 minutes while standing at the register. Not even a "be right with you" acknowledgment. I just left the store empty handed I was tired of waiting. Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to give them a fair chance on my next visit.

9/17/2020 This shop professes to be opened until 6 pm on weekdays. I passed by at 5:15 pm as a first time customer, for a tire change. The person that greeted me at the door was very annoyed at the fact that I showed up at this time. I asked if the hours had changed ( maybe due to COVID) but the person stated they are still open until 6 pm. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not understand why everyone shows up after 5. In awe at such a response, I annoyingly stated " because some of us work and need to come by after 5!". I was then told that all repairs cease at 4:45 pm. Mind you, nowhere

This store is hit or miss. Even before COVID. Some days it's impossible to get anyone to help even when there is no one else in the store. They simple won't look up. Other days they can be very helpful. Same goes for phone inquiries. The owner of the store has always been moody. There is a younger employee, I believe his name is Chris, who is very helpful. I go there because they are 5 minutes from my house.

The owner wants to be nice but he really isn't. He talks about other bike business owners and that's not correct. I don't think it's the best place to spend my money. I already spent it once and would not do it again. The technician (Arturo) treated me very well. He does have acknowledge. The owner is believed to know a lot but not. He is unpleasant. He has a better price because it sells lower quality bikes. The owner is arrogant and rude, he does not have good customer service. I do not recommend this store. It is your decision.

Great place. Maybe a bit pricey for repairs.
$80 to fix 4 flats. The repairs took about 30 minutes. During which time they adjusted my handlebars at no extra charge.
I did notice that the owner advised one customer looking to service his bike that it wasn't in the customer's best interest to spend more money on that bike. The owner said he would be better served purchasing a new bike even if it was an inexpensive one from Wal-Mart. I'm paraphrasing the conversation but it was clear that his heart is in the right place and he is not going to take advantage of people who maybe don't know any better

I was looking for some parts for my SE bike and I called to see if they had them in stock. The gentleman that answered seemed was totally upset that I asked the question.. the prices were a vit high but I went over anyway just to get what I needed. Mistake...they were allowing only 1 person in at a time when clearly there was room to maintain safe distancing..line was literally down down the hall 3 stores.. found another place which was cheaper and friendlier.

Worst customer service experience ever. The owner/manager of this place is really rude and arrogant. He doesn't care about anything else but sales (big $$). He talk to you like you are asking for a favor or for free stuff. The mechanic Arturo is very nice and humble, the only reason that I will visit this place again is only for mechanic services but I will recommend any one to stay away or buy cycling parts elsewhere .

Terrible customer service by an older guy with slicked back white hair, maybe the owner/manager, or just an employee on a power trip. I was in there to shop for a bicycle and since they had a vast selection I figured I may at the very least sit on a bike to get a feel for it (I wouldn't expect that I can take it out for a test ride). This "guy" (a-hole is a better description) says I can't even sit on the bike and that I have to make a decision just by looking at it and that I should know what I want-get in, get out. After me, comes in another guy asking for a tire to replace

Horrible customer service. Went in to ask some questions on a bike I wanted to repair. The an older bald gentleman that I spoke to was very rude. Asked what bike I was trying to fix and immediately said he didn't have the parts. I then asked if he had any handle bars or seats that I can purchase. His response was "no, you should do your own research. I have to help the next customer" never going back. Don't waste your time.

Don't know just what happened!! Old man with white hair basically told me he doesn't have any female bikes. I understand we're in a Covid crisis, and we go in one by one, but there was no one in the store. He comes out asking, "How can I help?" Me: Hi, are you open? Him: Yes, what do you need? Me: A hybrid bike? HIM: NO, I don't have. We don't even have female bikes. Me: Oh ok. Thank you.
What the Heck? I had a mask on and He didn't even let me come in. That was totally uncalled for, especially in this day and age. Good luck, buddy, I'll take my business

As expected in Miami, the majority of items are road bike. But I was still able to find some necessary items for my MTB with good help. I'll be back for those repairs when needed.
Give them a stop if you are nearby or just roaming, it will be worth your while! And my personal preference of a GT dealer!
