In order to keep our staff and community safe we have increased the frequency and intensity of the normal sanitation of our store and products. You can use our online reservation system to rent e-bikes, cruisers, hybrids, tandem, road for adults, and kids' bikes for children 6-12 years old.

My family has been going to this bike shop for 18 years, and they have always provided excellent and efficient service. I recently had the pleasure of buying a new road bike from them - Alex was very patient and answered all my questions, built a bike in my frame size just for me to try it, and even then never pressured me to make a purchase. I've visited pretty much every big bike shop in Miami and I can safely say this is the best one!

Best bicycle service and products in town, very professional; always aim to please! Danny ordered an e-bike that I had been waiting on for several months. The day I picked up the bike, Alex was very helpful and recommended a customizable basket for the new bike. A few days later a wheel on my other bike broke and Danny was able to repair it and get it back to me in no time. Highly recommend them!!!

Reserved 2 trail-a-bikes, 2 hybrid bikes and a 24 inch bike for Sat 10am. Online booking was very convenient.
When we arrived at 11, our bikes weren't ready. No explanation given. We waited for 30 more minutes to get our bikes. The biggest issue we had was the condition of the hybrid bikes. It felt and looked worn out and rickety. If it was just aesthetic and ride fine, it would've been ok. I rent bikes regularly on outings and these bikes are bad. I had a hard time steering and keeping it straight. The gear changes weren't smooth and the whole drive felt like riding rusty cruiser

Not knowing anything about bicycles expect that I wanted one, I had the pleasure of Charles helping me. He educated me on what type of bicycle I would need all while being extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a bike I would 100% recommend Miami Beach Bicycle Center and hopefully you will be lucky enough to ride away after Charles helped you.

Making a reservation online was easy. Pickup was easy. I rented an E-bike for the week. The reservation website offers week-long rentals but doesn't clarify if it's 5 or 7 days. It's 7 consecutive days. I was given a helmet, lock, charger and bike. No water bottle rack. It was a new bike and performed perfectly. It's heavy and the rider will need good balance. The customer service member who helped me was knowledgeable about the rental prices and amenities. Overall it was a good experience. I would rent from them again. Most places don't rent e-bikes too

I called and spoke to the owner as well as one of his employees to reserve a road bike. They said they would put it on the side. I just would have to reserve and pay online / but not to worry the bikes on hold .. I reserved and payed for the bike on line the next morning. I got an email in the afternoon stating I did not mention what size bike I wanted. I called / they stated they rented out the bike to somebody else before I made my reservation online. So not cool..

During this quarantine I gained a lot of weight, no gyms open so I decided to get a bicycle, then I realized it was on a big demand since everything was sold out or closed. Came across MIAMI BEACH BICYCLE CTR and even the first time I approached the door, with a store closed but they left the main door open by mistake, they asked me "how can we help you", first win, they explained everything in details and I came back a couple of days later to realized this is a family owned business with like 3 generations of knowledge and excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff with helpful advice. They presented me with all the available options and didn’t try to push me to buy the most expensive stuff but rather what I actually needed. I appreciated the honesty because they really wanted me to get the right equipment for the type of bike I had.
Store front is really easy to find on Alton road, just drive down interstate 395 from I-95 northbound (if coming from the south). Once you leave I-395, just keep going straight for a few more blocks, it will be on your right side.

If you like to be condescended and have your money taken as a favor, look no further.
I am not from Miami, and went to MBBC based on web search and recommendations from reputable cycle touring guides, to get a broken spoke repaired, and also a minor general tune up while I was at it (for 50$)
The spoke was fine for now, but the tune up....they must have kept the 50 bucks and forgotten about it. The (cantilever) breaks were out of center, and the pads had no toe. My rear wheel internal hub system was not assembled properly to the frame (causing potential damage to the carbon belt drive). And

I was going crazy going around town asking for what I think is not a so crazy request. I been looking for a lefty fork conversion kit to fit my BMC. I called so many Cannondale dealers telling me that's not possible, dealers told me it stopped in 2009 etc etc long story short. Miami Beach Bicycle Center was sooooo helpful going far and beyond to get me a special adapter and they made a recondition on a hub to somewhat match my rear HOPE hub. I was getting a cheap canndonale lefty hub or overselling me DT 240s. My hub wasn't cheap but all the options I was given that's attention to

When we arrived at noon on a Tuesday in December, they only had 2 beach cruisers available for rent. I had written on Sunday asking them what I needed to do to have two Hybrid bikes available, and they had said, "Come in".
When I came in, the right bikes were not available as they had an unexpectedly busy morning. But, they right away said, "it's ok, we will put on two more bikes into our rental fleet so you two can have your hybrid bikes."
We got amazing Specialized hybrid bikes, and went over 50 miles in the two days that followed. I was so happy

Stay away from this place!!! I had the most psycho sales guy ever. Basically I ordered Specialized spin shoes from the specialized site like 6 months ago and they didn't fit. So I wanted to go here to just buy some. This older big guy with glasses and salt and pepper hair came over to help us. So I explain the situation and tell him how I order shoes from specialized from the site and he immediately starts arguing with me that you can't order specialized shoes directly from specialized and I tried to tell him yesss you can, that's where I ordered them from , they were just too small
