Road, Mountain and TT bike Fitting! Basic mechanical Fit! Includes up to one hour of Adjustment using a plum bob, level, and Goniometer to get you within a very small margin of error! A complete digital motion capturing System to dial your fit in the most accurate way possible! Up to 2 1/2 hours long!
Super friendly and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to get advice that actually helps you make the right decision rather than just helping the business making the largest possible sale! Proud to be a new bike owner thanks to these guys! I used to ride all the time when I lived abroad and decided Miami was the perfect place to get back to it.

Critical: Professionalism
The shop itself is fully equipped and highly knowledgeable employees are at people’s reach. However, the customer service is equivalent to that of a prison. Specially from a mechanic named Jerry who has been by far the most unprofessional individual I’ve encountered in Miami. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

First, the shop didn't reject me with service as it did Mack Cycle and Fitness snobby shop! F*&^&* MACK CYCLE! The guys at Miami Bike Shop took me in right away and, despite the car/bike accident issues, put me back on the road with expedited service and right before the shop was closing for the night. They took care of me with the major repair done, and I can move on with my travel without another delay. - After repair, the bike performs like a Swiss Watch! Tons of thanks to Rudy and the tech guy!

First time here and was impressed with the quality of workmanship of their products. The love of my life Alison got her bike here and she lit up like a 10 year old girl. We have had nothing but fun from this experience. If you need a bike you must come here and check them out. Great location and easy access.

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with the Miami Bike Shop. I needed new lines, a new spoke in my back frame and to tighten up some of my bolts and tune up my bike chain/chain system. My bike was really warn and old prior to coming to the shop and when I got it back I was like "WOW!" out loud, I exclaimed WOW. The price was fantastic. The professionalism and quick work was majorly appreciated. There was a bit of a wait to get my bike back because they were so busy but I'm so happy I came here. I cant recommend the Miami Bike shop more!

Rudy and his team did a phenomenal job with a full tune up for this gal. I was in a collision and needed my front tire trued. They spent extra time and care to get it done so that I didn’t have to replace it. They cleaned her, adjusted the brakes, and made sure everything is in proper working order. She’s riding smoother than ever. And they guarantee their work for 30 days so I can make sure it feels good on my daily commute. Couldn’t be happier.

I ordered two one speed commuter bikes online that come 80% built already so I was able to put them together but I wanted them looked at to ensure safety and fill the tires. The whole transaction was handled by Ashley via text. She was timely and within a couple of days they came by to pickup the bikes and brought them back ready to ride. I was able to pay via Venmo so that way the whole interaction was contactless. I would highly recommend them for any bike needs. We've been riding for hours at a time on trails and to the beach for several weeks now.

These guys are rock stars! Highly competent, including on older high end racing bikes, super nice, don't try to spend your money unnecessarily. They have been genuine, quick, kind, done a GREAT job and back their work. They also have a reasonable selection of various equipment. I highly recommend them, mostly because they are that rare breed of good people in Miami AND they really know what they're doing.

I've been coming to this shop for over 10 years. The shop has a great selection of dreamy new bikes, ranging from cool hipster to ultra rugged.
Very down to earth staff, always willing to go the extra mile to fix whatever issue you're having; or to order specific parts you need. Not the type to say "no we can't help with that."
During a recent visit, Robin found an unusual fix for my bike seat, and helped out way more than he was required to; problem solved! Rudy has come through for me a couple times already and is always fair about pricing.

I went to participate in critical mass last month and my friend got a flat tire. We were fortunate enough to find an Uber who was willing to carry both our bikes to this shop, and EVEN MORE FORTUNATE to have my friends bike repaired AFTER it was closed. I would give 5* but I feel they over charge for Labor. I am a regular customer and they nickel and dime for everything.
I paid $41.00 for a new tube and tire. Asked them to put air in the undamaged front tire and as I was leaving the seal broke on the front tire...no fault of theirs. I paid another $10.00 for a tube and was charged another $5.00 for Labor after I paid $10.00 for Labor to replace the rear tire. When I questioned, the very able tech whom I have had Numerous transactions, he replied that he could Not wave the additional $5 fee

Came in to browse at bikes and ended up purchasing one. Was looking for a fitness and commuter without spending a ton of money, they had a local brand that was right in my price range. Got a chance to test ride before buying. Purchased bikes include a few tuneups which was awesome. Also offer a 10% military discount which was awesome. Parking is available in a lot one block behind the plaza. Will definitely be back.

I recently picked up Jamis Citizen 3 from The Miami Bike Shop. Rob is the world's best bike mechanic! His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience fun and educational. What a great place. The Citizen 3 is a good ride also. The bike style and size fit my riding style and purpose perfectly. When I arrived at the store to checkout their bike selection, It was good to find the store busy and their staff assisting clients with adding air to their tires and doing safety checks before their ride. Ask for Rob when you visit.

I purchased my bike here about 3 years ago under previous ownership. I loved the bike they helped me pick out and it has certainly served its purpose.
I had what I thought were two flats I brought into the store to have service. They examined my bike and taught me a thing or two about the air pressure in my tires. When I asked how much I owed them for taking the time to check out my tires, they told me it was on the house and that if I ever needed air in my tires they have a free pump outside the store.

Ask for Jose. Always when I come here is such a great experience, that today I decided to write this review. I have to say that I’ve been comparing their prices with amazon to see their pricing point, and they are the same or even cheaper than Amazon. They will take the time to explain you whatever you need and also help you get the best for you. The store is medium size, and they don’t have thousands of products, but They are growing and I’m sure that with our support, they will keep growing.

This place is amazing. They are timely, very reasonably priced, great customer service and know what they are doing. In addition to having a regular quick turnaround on normal service, I brought my bike in for one specific issue. I thought this would be a quick fix and I'd get my bike back in a day or two. They fixed it right then and there for me. Took less than ten minutes. I will never take my bike anywhere else.

I've been a customer for 7 years (2 bikes & upgrades)-- and will ONLY recommend this shop. Darren and Kareem are some all around stand up guys! This is a community where they know you by your name, they go above and beyond to address your needs, no gimmicky selling.
Jose is also a super knowledgeable and helpful brother. Great staff overall! Other shops in the area cannot compare to the service and authentic bike culture that A1 has.

This was a chance encounter having searched for a local cycle store on YELP! which stocked the Sun Bike range as soon as me and my partner arrived at the store we were greeted by a very friendly Kareem. I saw that they had a Sun Baja 7 speed cruiser in stock and asked if i could take it for a spin, Karim said of course no problems and did not even request id as he had my partner as equity!
