Do not use this title company. I used the Stones and for some reason they use this title company. The Stones are wonderful but their choice of an unprofessional title company baffles me. Carol is completely unprofessional and arrogant. Rudeness is always unacceptable and has no place in a business that your paying them for services.

DON’T go here... horrible ... Carol is absolutely rude!!!... They DON’T give you your money back without a fight. I had escrow deposit on property that failed inspection. My $1000 check cleared my bank... my checked had cleared my account 3 days prior, BUT Carol wouldn’t release funds. I had to do leg work and demand that I have my funds released. Crazy!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY....

One star is too flattering. This is the worst title company ever. We closed in late October with the taxes being paid out of escrow. The property we bought was in a resident owned community. The share was also part of the escrow. The taxes were not paid and the share was never transferred. I had to harass the company to get the share completed and they paid the extra taxes saying the file was misplaced. It is now four months later and are still waiting on the titles.

Would never use this company. My daughter has been calling for two weeks and they keep saying Carol will call her back. Never gets a call back. Finally told her today that Carol would call her back after the first of the year. Doubt that will happen. Terrible customer service.Posted one star because it won't allow zero stars.
