I became involved in Real Estate part time in 1998 when I started buying rental properties for my own interests. At one point, I had purchased up to 15 rental properties comprised of single family homes, a duplex, and some quadraplexes. I did my own property management for my rentals. I learned a great deal about Real Estate and rental properties over the next several years.
As a professional in the real estate field, I find that customer service trumps the sale of property. Buying and selling is an important step, but not as important as having that special agent there to help the client throughout the entire process and that's what I do. I possess a spirit of excellence and I am a go-getter at heart.

After interviewing three real estate agents we decided to use Brad Martin. He accurately priced our home and it sold within 3 days. He and Vicky paid great attention to detail and were very attentive to our questions and needs throughout the entire selling process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The professional photography was also greatly appreciated. My husband and I would highly highly recommend using them and we will definitely use their services again in the future. Very very good people to work with.

We couldn't be happier with the work Brad did on selling our home. We went under contract 3 times with our home, and only for reasons due to the potential buyers backing out the first 2 times for reasons out of anyone's control. The great thing was each time we got a new contract the bids went up and we sold our home for much more than we thought possible, and above list price. Rhonda was actually the sellers agent when we bought the home, and my mother who was my realtor then enjoyed working with her so much she referred us back to their team when we were ready to sell and my mother was not able

Brad and Rhonda sold our house in 2 weeks! I can speak for both of us when I say it was the best realtor experience we could ever ask for. The communication was great and with our hectic schedules they accommodated us with courtesy and professionalism. We experienced some last minute snags with our movers and time was running short but Brad listened to our predicament and calmed the buyers down and our closing went on as planned. We will use no one else moving forward!
