Been dealing with SWEENEY KINCAID for a few years now and have always received the best of attention from Neil and the team and have made many,many no hassle purchases, but I still remind myself, " pay your money take your chances" ,after all, it is an AUCTION , and note..read the terms and conditions ,it's worked out for me..BTW.I am not employed by SWEENEY KINCAID!!!

Bought a couple of things including a two door bottle chiller, thing didn’t work, I e mailed them and they hiding behind t&cs and told me that was what viewing days were for, when you ad the 35% It didn’t work outanywhere near a bargain. Wish I’d looked at reviews before but lesson learnt and I would certainly think twice about buying anything again( especially electrical)

Terrible company. I've bid on lots in the past and paid for them ,only for the staff to lose the items. I've now found that my account has been suspended for no reason whatsoever and no option exists on the website to contact them about it. What company doesn't have a contact us option? No phone number? Nothing. If you want to sell or auction items, do not use this company. You will get less money for items because people can't bid on them. Useless!!!

Never had any problems with Sweeney Kincaid, very helpful and fast pickup. Yes, there is a 15% auction fee to pay as well as 20% VAT, but most auction houses charge this, so the fee's are not out of the ordinary. Of course, it is an auction, so items may or may not be working, its not there job to test items and hence you pays your money you take a chance. That said, I have never had a faulty item yet.

I have been to many auctions at Randy Kincaid Auction Company over the last 10 years. Every auction has been run professionally with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees. I have never heard anyone attending one of Randys auctions be spoken to in a negative or rude manner. Randy is even a past President of the Florida Auctioneers Association. He has won many awards for his auctions and his auctioneer abilities! I would highly recommend Randy Kincaid Auction Company to anyone looking for some fun and for fantastic bargains!!

Very disappointed in online auction purchase. 300.00 for a piece of junk that don't work. No mention of condition in listing. They couldn't take 2 minutes to see its junk. Or they sold it knowing it was junk, either way I got hosed. Avoid There Online auctions or just assume its junk when bidding!!!!
