Quality Patient Care is the founding vision of Radiance Home Health Care Inc. The agency was founded in 2012 to provide professional clinical home health care services, with the highest level of quality and integrity to the adult population in the state of Massachusetts. Radiance Home Health Care is Medicare and Medicaid accredited through CHAP.
Today, an increasing number of patients prefer to recover at home and maintain their comfortable lifestyle. In addition, the family prefers home health care for their loved ones. Home Health Care services are provided at the patient's home or in a facility, such as a Senior Living Facility or an Assisted Living Facility.
Working with our clients and providing the dedicated senior care families need is a joy and a job that is taken seriously every day. In-home caregivers employed at Radiance Home Health Care Inc., are thoroughly screened and must meet our strict guidelines for employment. We always perform a comprehensive background investigation that involves criminal background clearance.

Please don’t be fooled by the recent reviews, management is having employees write a review for an incentive. The owner is an absolute loon, very rude to the employees and clients! Clearly only cares about the money and doesn’t care who she hurts along the way. If thinking about working for them or having your loved on in their care please rethink that and if you do, Good luck your gonna need it!

I worked in Radiance company for 2 year now the management are kind and humble and very loving people am still working with the company my patients says they feel safe and secure when am around. I work above and beyond following my job description. I also help out with community events. I make sure my patients are satisfied and I check with supervisor before if I have to do anything extra for the patient. I have just started working for this company, but couldn't help writing a review about it. honestly speaking i am not a review person, but this time i am bound to write one. So the CEO of the company Susan Muriru, exactly knows what is she doing and has a great vision for the company. Even though its startup in healthcare industry (apparently very competitive )Radiance is doing pretty well and all their patients have very high regards for them.Even the smallest pain points of the elderly patients are taken cared of (commute to the doctor). Even CEO walks into patients house to ensure quality service

My experience with Radiance Home Health has been an amazing one. Any of the employees I have come across, especially the nurses, have really been a pleasure to deal with. They really do care about these patients and it shows in the way they take care of them. I would definitely recommend them!

I’m a former employee that’s why I’m not using my real name. Also, I’ve left jobs before and I have never written a review about it, but this time I have to for the sake of patients and the sake of future applicants. Radiance health home care is an awful place to work. This company is all about money, patients don’t matter, and employees don’t matter either. The manager/ owner Susan miruri has the most nasty personality. Treat her employees like garbage and don’t pay them on time. I have enjoyed working here and the flexibility it has allowed me. The nurses are wonderful and go above and beyond for their patients and I am proud to be a part of their team. The nurses are positive and love what they do making work an enjoyable environment.

Radiance home care?! Think again. Simply the worst working experience of my life. Management/ ownership doesn’t seem to follow any rules or guidelines. You will be bullied into decisions you will regret. You will be treated poorly. They will provide you with minimal training and no resources. If you’re lucky she may pay you - on time doubtful - the pay rate you negotiated? No whatever she decides. The track record here is very poor. Multiple parties have sued for non payment. That’s not even the worst- the total lack of ethics is what really makes it a dreadful mess.

There is no way to describe the disappointment with my employment at Radiance. I worked long hours and travelled a distance for my duties as a RN. I always turned a cold shoulder when I saw another employee mistreated and hoped/ assumed it would not happen to me. Countless coworkers went through frustration with management and several complained they were not compensated as expected. I never through it could or would happen to me. This business is the worst I’ve dealt with in 20 years as a clinician. Patient care is not a priority The staff may try with what limited means they are provided by the ownership but it’s inadequate. The primary objective of ownership is to make as much money as possible in any way possible.If this means they break rules and fail to pay employees so be it.
