Everyone is very friendly. I have never felt so well cared for by a group of medical professionals. Anyone I have seen in the office provides answers and information about your body and care.
Also, someone always answers the phone which is amaaaazing.

As always, friendly and professional staff. I appreciate Dr. Wool's professionalism and good humor. Everytime I go there, I'm treated with respect and feel confident in the care I'm receiving.
My ONLY "complaint"... I really don't need a text, an email, AND a phone call to remind me of my appointment. One method would suffice.
Thank you!

I had my first visit with Dr. Wool today. He was so nice, had me in and out, but took the time to answer my questions without giving the feeling some providers do that you're slowing down their flow by asking questions. I feel completely confident and happy he'll be doing my csection, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others for care.

I love Dr Wool! Such a great sense of humor, and love for his work. Always direct and upfront with everything. He delivered my little girl late 2020 and was such a great experience with him there. No stress makes you so comfortable in any situation.

Apathetic and unprofessional. Speaking as a third party witness during an important time in my wife and I's pregnancy they have failed to provide adequate information in all aspects of early parenthood scenarios and procedures that could potentially be of serious importance. In this business proper communication during pregnancy should be their bread and butter IMO and at the moment it's not even on the menu.
