I think their Lactation/postnatal vitamins are great, but I hate the autorenew and find it reminiscent of a money-making scheme. Why not just let people order when they need to? If you are a busy person you'll have a new shipment on the way (autorenew) and money out of your account before you know it and it's a huge pain to cancel it. Reminds me of those autorenew gym memberships that got a lot of businesses in trouble from a PR standpoint or like banks that assess automatic fees. The autorenew has to go, so knocked off a star for that.

I can only give 3-stars strictly based on customer service. I ordered Ovasitol directly from Theralogix because the site indicated 2 day delivery. THIS STATEMENT IS MISLEADING. Today is September 23rd and I placed my order on September 15th. I still have not received my order because Theralogix courier service (DHL) transferred the package to my local USPS office.

I ordered something from them that I needed right away. On the drugs page as well as in the confirmation email it stated I would get the product in 2-4 business days. 9 days later, still nothing. On the 3rd day I called to confirm that I would get my order by the 4th day and they said absolutely yes. Called again today and they said they are not doing expedited shipping and that I would get it in 7-10 business days. This is something I really needed and was counting on and now I won't get it for 16 days after I ordered it and not an ounce of regret or an attempt to make it up to their customer

Their website says 2-4 business days expedited shipping. I placed an order on November 4. A week later, I still have not received the order. I called the company and Customer Service says I won't receive the package until November 14. Then the Customer Service manager says there is nothing she can do to help get me my order any faster and would not offer to help me with a refund. She clearly didn't care about helping me or even losing my business.

After 3 calls, the customer service still didn't get my order right! How difficult was it to order 3 products via phone? After suspending my old orders online, they couldn't be resumed after their website had been updated last year! That's why I had to order via phone instead!
Since the product was sent one by one instead of all three like I asked or reconfirmed with them so many times, they're sent out via the stupid method from DHL to a post office, then USPS to my home, which will take about 2 weeks to get the orders! Dude, I got my Amazon orders from China even a lot
