I've been with State Farm since returning to the states 4 years ago. My late husband found Shawn Thacker online. While his office is not in our neighborhood, I will continue to take my insurance business to him because of the friendliness, professional, and prompt service I have received.

Have had statefarm for 22yrs approx. and never had a claim. Hit a deer that caused a good bit of damage and its been a nightmare from day one. Get estimate back from adjuster that is almost 7,000 and they have selected 10 recycled parts which some include a good bit of mechanics to this vehicle. Everytime i call i'm told a different story with claims and told that my local agent does not handle the claims portion but he can call to express my dissatisfaction. I never missed a payment. I feel they know what they are doing because if they used main parts it would of just been totaled out
