We bring the gym to your home or office. If you do not have equipment, your trainer will conveniently supply it for you during your custom-made personal work out. I have been an in-home fitness trainer in the Seattle since 2004, and I love it! It is a privilege and joy to help people of all ages and abilities strengthen their commitment to themselves through weekly exercise. I believe that vitality for life exists in each one of us and that this vitality is maximized through movement.

Our trainer comes to your door with all the equipment necessary and a customized workout to help you reach your specific fitness goals while having fun. We put the "Personal" into your personal training session.
Physical activity helps you lose weight by burning calories, boosting your resting metabolism, and buffering you from bone and muscle loss that can result if you diet alone. Stewart has coached me not only on my flexibility and core strength, but on my mind and diet as well. Stewart is a crazy wealth of passionate knowledge and I trust him completely. He asked me what my tier 1, 2 and 3 goals are, he developed a plan, and I know all of my goals will be accomplished - even the ones I used to think were impossible.
In-home Personal Training costs vary depending on the type of service provided, if the session involves one or two persons, driving distance, and special needs. Call 206-406-1840 to get a quote. There will be an additional fee for each session or per month, depending on how often your friend will be training with you.

Stewart's great! He's been lifting his whole life, so he knows *everything*. Any time you don't like an exercise, just say so--he knows a hundred other ways to achieve the same result, so you can always change it up. He's patient, knowledgeable, and he frames his workouts to work with you and your challenges.

Stuart has been training me for over 4 years and as a 50+ woman I am in better shape than I was in my 40's. He provides the right mix of exercises that work the full range of muscles, and gently pushes me to be able to do a little bit more/better. He's knowledgeable about current trends and has a magic duffel bag with a bunch of the latest workout toys. He's also a great communicator and is flexible about arranging workouts to fit my schedule. Stuart is great!
