From biomechanical errors, range of motion issues, muscular asymmetries, and joint pain in the body, we are passionate about putting the foundational pieces of that puzzle together so you can move, jump, run, push, pull, carry, and live life happier and pain-free.
Tell us the equipment you have access to and we will program personal training sessions dedicated to your fitness equipment and goals. Join others in group circuit HIIT classes, or spend an hour dedicated to your own personal training session. Don't need supervision and just want personalized video workouts programmed specifically for you?.
Do you have specific personal training goals that you'd like 1-on-1 attention for? All of our individual programming is done per each client's specific requirements and logged in an online program that you can access 24/7 so you can track your progress along the way!

We also use software that links to your smart devices so information about calorie output, weight, biometrics, dietary habits, sleep tracking, and activity time are automatically updated.
We regularly receive clients from physical therapy offices around Seattle. Our personal trainers will work in tandem with your health care team to ensure that you are on track with your recovery timeline. Moving into a personal training platform after your PT program ensures your safety and continued supervised progress.
We have extensive experience personal training football athletes from pee-wee to the pros. Our studio has trained many of the top 100 ranked junior tennis players in the NW over the past 5 years. We have worked with many basketball athletes on vertical max, speed, agility, and strength to get you from the 6th man to starting 5.

I have been going here for the past year and I absolutely love the personal training program and staff! Johnny, Issac, Dakota, and Austin have been phenomenal to work with. My workouts are custom built to my goals, the gym is clean and follows covid safety guidelines, and my trainers push me in the best way!

Awesome owner and staff! I was new in town and they welcomed me with open arms and i will definitely return. I came to Eastlake Performance as an athlete and the owner created a personalized plan for me catered to my strengths and weaknesses , and the staff were all on the same page. Becky is an awesome trainer who does a great job creating workouts tailored to my wife and I. I mentioned that I had some elbow pain and the next week we were doing some elbow exercises. Its that kind of attention to detail that I really appreciate about Eastlake Performance. The location is great and the space is fantastic.

I have been training with Paul for 3 years now. He has been able to help me reach all my goals, while keeping the workouts fun and interesting! Paul had a wealth of knowledge of exercise physiology as well as nutrition and injury prevention. His constant attention to proper form is very refreshing! I have been training with Paul for over 7 years at several of his prior gyms where he rented space. He recently opened his own gym - Eastlake Performance. The space is perfect for the one on one training that we do together. With me, the focus is on functional fitness so I can get more out of my active lifestyle (hiking, snowboarding, mountain… biking). I used to just lift heavy weights all the time and while I felt strong, I was always injured (even with other trainers!). Paul is the man! He is so passionate about what he does and really tailors his programs to what you are looking to accomplish. Paul and I went to college together. I've had a great time getting to re know Paul again over his new business location. We did a trade for work. I helped him with his logo and I received some training sessions. The Eastlake Performance space is clean and organized. There is even a shower.
