We had a difficult property to sell in today’s market. 105 acre farm and a home needing updating. Kelly used all her marketing tools to get the property advertised. Worst experience with a realtor I have had in 6 months. I understand the seller has the final say, but if you KNOW there is an offer 40k over mine, tell me realtor that, don't NOT text us and string us along for 3 days if you know logically it's a dead deal. A simple communication goes a long way. I have never been ghosted by a realtor in the 6 months I have been looking.

We had little time to find a house and she got right to looking for houses for me and my family. We only looked at 3 houses and the second was our dream house. Me and my husband forgot we where sopose to even look at a second house that same day lol. We fell in love with the second house before we even stepped foot in the house. She knew exactly what we wanted and we got it. Thank you so much Kelly we couldn't be more blessed and happy with our house. You did an amazing job. We made a great choice when we chose Kelly Parker to sell our house, our only real estate transaction in 30 years.
