It was the second time the windshield was replaced. I did not show it on the video but whoever did it the first time did not fully glue the windshield back into place. If you look at the video you will see that there is a second row of glue below the dash. This row did not have glue. One of those things that you often don't think about until its gone and you can't see a thing.

Mike has come out to replace my windshield twice. I called, he was able to come out the same week. I like that he travels to where you are, I didn't have to wait for my car at a shop. I called around to other places for a quote and he beat the prices of the other places that I would've had to drive to. He has a customer for life...but I mean, I'm hoping I don't need another windshield replacement anytime soon.

Great customer service and fast response time. I called in the morning for a rock chip on my windshield, he said that his earliest available was the next morning but let me know later in the day that he was able to get to my car that afternoon. The mobile service was so easy and convenient, especially with kids at home. The repair was completed quickly and you can barely even see where the chip was. I definitely recommend Dr. AutoGlass!

Don't waste your time. I didn't want to believe the bad reviews, but realized the bad ones are the most recent, so perhaps something has gone downhill for this guy or perhaps the good reviews are fake.
Called early in the week for an appointment - given a Friday 8:30am time. Good to go, I thought. 8:30 came and went, 9am... no show, no call/text, and my calls go to a generic voicemail. It's 9:15 and my child, who called to be picked up from school because he's sick, has had to wait an extra 30 mins for his dad to get him... because this guy can't even be bothered to call

Called and set up an appointment for Thursday am, which came and went. Called to see why the were late and said there was a mistake and they had it on the calendar for Friday am. Since I needed it done I was willing to wait. They missed Friday's appointment as well. No phone call never returned my call on Friday morning. 0-2

Five stars for great service and a good-looking windshield. He is one of the only service providers on Yelp to have a working phone number, so bonus points for that. We made an appointment before I realized I would be in training for work. We were able to work out a time for today. He was early and took the 45 minutes he said it would take. Zero issues and nice, friendly service without being needy. Would definitely work with again if I ever crack my windshield. Thanks!

Great service! My windshield got damaged in early spring and Mike suggested waiting until the rains died down before replacing it, since the chances of more damage are higher in the wetter months. Have had an unlucky year, so that was wise advice for me! Waited a couple months and called him back out. Did a great job! My insurer really pushes Safelite, but I'm glad I read Safelite's not-so-awesome reviews and decided to go with Dr. AutoGlass instead.

Mike was great! He took his time repairing the chip in my windshield, making sure it was done right the first time, not just done fast. I appreciate him caring about it being done right. He's also a very nice guy and a people person. It was a pleasure having him over to fix the glass. I'll gladly call on him again.
