Mac's Discount Glass

Have scheduled this business 2 times to come out for an estimate. Both times they have no showed. No call. The first time I initially wrote off as possibly my error. But, now that they've flaked a second time?... If I can't depend on them for a quote I won't depend on them for the job. Congrats on being too busy to schedule work.

Front Windshield was smashed on my car I was able to get a quote same day I contacted them an was able to schedule on next avaliable opening it was very quick easy an simple did it all online they are excellent at communicating an came an did job in about about hour just like they said very nice guy an quick service would highly recommend for all your car window needs thanks again Mac's Discount Glass I will be using you in the future both workers very professional as well

I requested a quote on yelp and Mac's was extremely quick to get back to me. I got quotes from a handful of places and not only did Mac's give me the best quote they actually could get my glass! I called to set up the appointment and the lady that helped me (sorry I don't recall her name) was very friendly and got everything squared away. Eric text and called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. Eric was very friendly and got the job done in about an hour. I needed my windshield fixed and they were able to schedule me as soon as possible. They were extremely kind and reliable given my busy schedule. Thanks to all the construction on I-5, a rock chipped my windshield. Womp womp womppppp. I sent out quote requests to four companies through Yelp (what a cool feature!) and Mac's was the first to respond and had the lowest price. They provide mobile services so you don't have to go to them or pay more for them to come to you. Awesome!

Definitely would use this company again. Customer service is excellent and booking an appt is easy. I wanted to price other businesses to replace my car windshield, not only were they the most affordable, they come to you at no additional charge (not sure how far they go though) No waves in the glass super happy with the job done.

Needed some gym mirrors installed in my garage. Shopped around for some quotes. Erick came by the property, took some measurements and gave a reasonable offer. Very friendly and humble personality. I love supporting small family businesses, I was hoping for a repair when I scheduled my first appt, but when Ben got here he said due to the location in the drivers line of sight couldn't be legally repaired, so I scheduled the replacement appt, Erick did the install, was quick and clean and on time, both Ben and Erick were very professional and called in advance to know that they were on the way, both were well within the window that was scheduled. I highly recommend this company to use for mirror replacement for a gym! After calling multiple companies and getting either no answer or no call back I called Macs Discount Glass and Lee came out the next day to give a quote on a replacement for a large gym mirror, being very satisfied with the quote we decided to use them. Lee kept me updated on the process and when it was time to replace the mirror it only took an hour and it looks perfect. Called them to come do my car after I get the oil change. They were quick on getting me an appointment here in the town center parking lot after my car is done at the oil change place. I can't say enough great things about this company. I have used them two times so far and can't imagine that I'd ever go or recommend anyone else. At a time when I emotionally struggling the most, I would have never thought a Glass company could provided me with a generous gift that I will never forget. The replaced our shower glass n frames. The walls were not square since new construction. But they compensated for them. Looks great. They cleaned up afterwards and wore booties to protect our carpet. Great job! ! !
