So I initially came here for a windshield crack/chip close to their closing time and they still fit me in so i was already pleased with their service. Then, about two weeks later a rock hit my front door window and shattered it. Being that I already had a good experience here I brought it back and they really surpassed my expectations. First they made the insurance claim process very simple, got the glass the following day and finished it the same day I brought it in. My vehicle had damage on the windshield from a small rock hitting it on the freeway. The individual in charge reviewed the damage and concluded he could probably repair it but noted the damage would not be totally masked. I'm addiction, he wanted me to be aware that the process could result in a complete replacement being required. He noted they did not have any replacement windshields on hand and they may not be able to easily obtain another, given the supply chain issues. Just got my windshield replaced at Exceptional Auto Glass. The shop was immaculate, the staff was super friendly, and Sal was incredibly professional, from the first time I emailed him (for a free quote) all the way to today's windshield installation. I was in and out within two hours, and their prices are really reasonable. They are truly Exceptional. What a great experience we had this week with Exceptional Auto Glass...my daughters car was involved in a smash and grab over the weekend. We called Sal first thing Monday morning after doing an on-line inquiry. Sal squeezed us right away the next morning and had my daughters car done by 1p the same day. The service here was amazing! I took my new RAV4 hybrid in for a windshield replacement after a rock cracked my windshield from top to bottom. They were able to replace it very quickly within 1.5 hours and recalibrate all the sensors these new cars have these days. Everything looks and works like new again. Sal is the man to ask for. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is that they are USAA insurance preferred and help you work with your insurance for a good price.

I called Safelite first because my insurance company integrated their website. Since Safelite wouldn't even answer the phone for a conversation AND I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks, I google'd auto glass and called Exceptional Auto Glass. They said they'd beat the price and to come over today which I did! HIGHLY recommend Exceptional and they are a cut above. Don't just accept the path your insurance leads you down. They fixed the door window the same day, Sal also delivered the truck to A+ window tinting which is in the same parking lot and I was able to have a ceramic tint put on from them at the same time. Everybody is very friendly and professional, and they removed every single last piece from inside the door so it does not rattle. The price was fair, and they are a great company. If anybody ever experiences the trauma of having their window broken, they are very understanding, caring, and compassionate. Highly recommend going there for any of your automobile glass needs!

When Geico tried to steer me to their "preferred" company for a windshield replacement, I looked at their reviews from the 1 star ratings first and I knew I did not want to go there. I then ran the 1 star reviews on EXCEPTIONAL AUTO GLASS, could not find any (all 5 stars), and made an immediate decision to use them. They were easy to make an appointment with and they replaced the windshield in a very professional manner and I'm a happy camper.

While driving in the first rain, I had the unfortunate luck of a rock hitting my windshield causing a chip almost center of my windshield. I called Exceptional Autoglass located across the street from the Roseville DMV. I spoke with Sal who was able to get me right in! It took about 15 minutes or less. Friendly and professional! Would recommend to anyone who needs rock chip repair. Reasonable rates.

We originally chose SafeLite to replace our windshield. SafeLite ordered the wrong windshield, said ours needed sensors. A new one would take weeks. Exceptional Auto Glass to the rescue! We worked with Sal. Sal booked us an appointment for the very next day. Our sensor windshield was in stock and install was 10am-3pm. He called and helped us go through insurance because the sensor windshield is much more expensive. He provided specific instructions for how to care for the glass after install. We liked him and the shop so much we brought our Ram truck in the following day for windshield replacement

This place gave me the best customer service experience with an amazing price. The owner, Sal was able to look at everything for me. I wanted him to make sure my car's coolant system was in good shape with no leaks and he fixed my trunk! On top of replacing the automatic rotor for my driver side window! They even cleaned my window to make it look brand new again! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has troubles with windows or just cars in general! :) They really put a smile on my face and the receptionist was very helpful as well!

I was a walk in and they were able to help me right away. They were courteous, helpful, and did a fantastic job repairing my windshield; you can hardly tell there was even a chip. They even pointed out an error that Safelite had made replacing my windshield and encouraged me to take it back and have them correct the issue. Overall just a great experience.
