Just wanted to sing Karen's praises again lol. I haven't been able to go back for awhile to get another face and peel and forgot how pleasant it can be. Karen can light up the room and make you feel very comfortable and safe even though she is slathering your face with acid. If you were ever scared or worried about the experience, know that she will walk you through it and make sure you feel comfortable and that you get the results you are looking for. Karen Surprise, the licensed esthetician, is an absolute miracle worker. I decided to treat myself to a couple chemical peels to lighten my melasma prior to my wedding. First time I visited this establishment. Everyone was welcoming! Katy helped me feel confident about the expertise of Tiffany who would give me my treatment. I bought a half vial of filler. Tiffany targeted the area of concern. She was diligent in identifying my needs, while informing me of my options and giving me confidence in my choice. By far the best experience I've had at these types of medical spas.

I cannot say enough amazing things about SD Botox or Maria specifically. As a first timer, to say I was nervous would be the understatement of the century. My appointment everything was super smooth. I got an email with Instructions for everything pre appointment. I was greeted by a lovely young lady who took before (then after) pics, made me comfortable and from there it was all great! RN Antonio answered all my questions before my procedure, made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained the whys and why nots of everything as we moved along. Everything was virtually painless, he applied numbing cream but also has the hands of an angel. I feel great! I had some filler and Botox done and I look and feel amazing! Thanks

This place is a complete rip off for botox! I bought 40 units and after 2 weeks no results went back and they supposedly gave me an additional 17 units for free. What a joke! All I got was a big headache right between my eyes that still hurts to this day. Called and asked to speak to a manager since I wasted $500 was told I would get a call back in 48 hours no one ever called back. Heard that that I'm not the only one with this experience just courageous enough to post it here on Yelp! Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. I read all the amazing reviews about Tiffany and decided to book with her and I was not disappointed.
Tiffany told me I only needed half the units I had been getting! I also really wanted to get filler under my eyes since I constantly looking like the walking dead.. you know... newborn life she took her time and ended up having enough left over to plum my cheeks up a little bit!

Had my first appointment with Nurse Tiffany, and truth be told, I was scared. I'm new to the area and have been loyal to my injector in Scottsdale -- but alas, a San Diegan needs a San Diego injector.
Tiffany came highly recommended by more than a few random people (and their parents) I've met, and now I know why! I come from Colorado to visit my sister. And now I come to see Vika. I have been here 3 times, all with the most excellent results. She takes her work seriously, and gives honest opinions and the exact results she said she would. Great and friendly service from Antonio and Riley!
I went in for my first time cool sculpting and Antonio realhelped explain everything! Before my appointment, I asked if I could add on some Botox injections and he was able to get Riley to do some for me while I was doing the procedure! Riley and Antonio are extremely nice and I highly recommend them!!!!!

I'm thrilled to leave a 5-star review for Dr. Oleg and SD Botox. Dr. Oleg is a caring skilled practitioner -- and a genuinely nice guy -- who is committed to getting your procedure right. I was impressed by how thorough he was in explaining my options and that he keeps up with the latest science and techniques. For example, my forehead is prone to uneven reactions to Botox giving me a "Dr. Spock" look so he gave me several "micro-injections" across my forehead to prevent that. I've been to six Botox docs over my lifetime, and he was the first to think of this!

After getting old, hard, filler dissolved a few months ago, I came in and got Restalyne Kysse by Tiffany Marquez and am in love w my lips!! I got numbed for about 30 min...thank goodness! Then Tiffany came in and was super sweet through the injections. Checked how I was doing and checked how I liked the progress of my lips a few times till we were done. She has a great technique and placement. I have a Cupid's bow again!! I highly recommend her and SDBOTOX!

First time lip filler here! I was nervous going in about the pain and about whether I'd look like a clown afterwards.
Sat 30 mins with numbing cream on and that helped alleviate the pain. There was still a pinching ache on injection but was quick and simple. The doctor knew what he was doing. I got 1 full syringe of Juvaderm and my lips look amazing.
Beware- the first two days your lips look 50% bigger. So give it time to settle. The first week also feels strange getting used to having stuff in your lips but it dissolves some and feels normal after 1 week.

I love this office! They have done my botox for years now & it’s the only place I’ll go. I have also done my lips there and I’m in love! Dr. Roher even used a dental block for me because I’m such a baby when it comes to pain. Do the cool sculpting with Christina. I did two treatments on my stomach fat and I am NOT disappointed. Best place to go for any cosmetic procedures in San Diego.

1) Today I had an appointment with Dr. Roher for the horrible bags under my forever aging eyes :/ It's a procedure I have done before with him and once again happy with the results. The whole procedure was very quick and took about 15-20 mins.

I had the most positive experience with Nurse Patty. She is such a doll! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I initially went in for a consultation for lip fillers but I got sold. She and I both shared the same ideas on where I needed volume in my lips. There was no pressure and she did a superb job on my lips and I love them soo much! She made me feel very comfortable and if I had any concerns she was very prompt in answering my questions. I will start off by saying I will never go anywhere else!! I went to see Dr. Shawn Vedamani for vollure filler in my lips and botox around my forehead and eyes. This was my second time getting my lips done (first time was elsewhere), and first experience with botox. Dr. Vedmani by far exceeded my first experience in both his customer service and his work! He asked me exactly what results I wanted to see, took his time to explain each step and expectation, and gave his own advice which I appreciated. SD Botox made my entire process simple and efficient. I booked my appointment over the phone with the office manager, who answered all of my questions. She was attentive and patient, as I tend to ask lots of questions before making the decision to book. She also gave me several appointment options to accommodate my schedule.
