It's not a bad hotel. It's not your ideal vacation type hotel, but it does its job. I stay here quite often because I ride a bike around America and stay in the LA area in the winter. I have stayed in smaller hotel rooms. I give it four stars because I hope you understand the scale for a lower prices hotel. A lot of high priced hotels would get lower stars because I would expect more. They are fairly priced. That's why I give it 4 stars. They do charge $5 cash for the key card as a deposit that you get back when you turn it back in. They are remodeling some of the rooms right now. If you are just

Worst experience I have ever had. The worker didn't know what she was doing at all and could not speak English and there was miscommunication and when the manager arrived he goes off on me threatening to make.me leave with no refund and cursing at me. WHEN I DID NOT ONE THING WRONG. and was polite the entire time. Rooms aren't even nice and smells bad. Worst $100 I've ever spent DO NOT COME HERE

I get to the motel and I had booked online, tried to open the door to the office , then went to the window when the office lady starts yelling at me asking me what I want. Ummm I’m here to rent a room? Terrible way to treat customers. Once in the room the smell was so overwhelming I had to buy air freshener and Lysol wipes. After about 20 minutes of finding more gross stains in the room, we ask for a refund which turned into a huge argument. Lady claimed that we had been there for 2 hours ! We demanded a refund or a different room. At this point even the cleaning lady came out to let us know

The management is a bit standoffish. Not a nice area and If you're a woman travelling by yourself I would not recommend staying here!
There was some type of party going on at a building right next door to the hotel and the music was incredibly loud until about 2 am or later so I didn't get much sleep at all.
Another contributing factor to me not sleeping was the cockroach I found climbing the wall above the sink next to the mirror. I can give a lot of wiggle room to properties when it comes to service and location but a lack of cleanliness and bug infestations are something I can't compromise

It is an okay place. I went there by mistake, when I made my reservation I was looking for the cheapest Hotel on the area and I reserved this one without notice that it was a Motel. The room was not bad but it seemed so strange like cigarette and on the ropes says that smoking was not allowed. Also the service from the people on the reception was so bad, the lady that was there when I checked in was taking to phone the whole time and made me wait like 10 minutes for the key since I already had made the reservation. In general I wouldn't say that it was a horrible experience but definitely could
