Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.
Our team has worked together to create an office that is a warm and welcoming place. First let me start by saying I love the sweet lady at the front desk that always answers the phone and checks you in and out, She is a doll plus sets a great sweet tone for Dr. Cooks office. Second, Dr.Cook and his assistant are patient and understanding. I’ve never felt nervous being under their care, they communicate with you on everything they are doing. Best Dentist staff around!

I recently transitioned to Dr. Cook for a second opinion. From the moment I made my appointment it was refreshingly clear that Dr. Cook and his staff are providing a quality experience. The receptionist was genuinely friendly, the hygienist kind with good bedside manner. The photos on yelp are outdated. His new location in lakeview is beautiful. The physical space is light, airy, modern and open. The location is super convenient. Can't recommend Cook Family Dentistry enough!

I had such a nice experience here - super fast, staff was great - until check-out. $340 for routine x-rays and cleaning? I get it's a nice office but this was at least double the price of a normal cleaning elsewhere and I'm just shocked. I am kicking myself for not asking about the cost beforehand and unfortunately I won't be back.

Dr. Cook is fantastic. He's incredibly gentle and caring. His staff is friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to going to his office. Plenty of dentists are more businessmen than doctors, but Dr. Cook genuinely cares about his patients. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. You really can't go wrong. I've never seen a person walk out of his office without a smile.

I highly recommend Cook Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. I am always greeted with a smile. The hygienists are excellent. Dr Cook always takes the time to review any issues I have and never makes me feel rushed. His staff is very good about scheduling and keeping appointments on time. If you like a very friendly caring and professional atmosphere, this is the place.

Cindy, Lisa and Danielle made my experience of scheduling, cleaning and prepping for more work very relaxed and easy. Dr. Cook took it all a step further by giving me my options for what I needed to have done to correct some chipped teeth, to take care of my night grinding/clenching and for payment for all of these services!
