Below this text you'll find a couple copies of inspection reports that I've done in the past. This is the same type of report that every one of my clients receives. I'm sure you'll find that as you read through the reports you'll find that they are concise, thorough and written plain English. I try to write like I'm having a conversation; straight and to the point.
One of the states requirements were to have us come up with a form that explains to our clients what we can and can't do on our inspections and some of our limitations. This document is called an inspection agreement. The state requires us to have our clients read and sign the form. Of course, if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to give me a call.

If you are buying a home in the Chicagoland area, don't settle for just any inspector. This is one of the most important people you will hire in the process, and Tony from ASI is who you'll want. He is incredibly thorough and detailed, examining everything he can possibly access. In our process we ended up backing out of two contracts because of serious issues Tony uncovered in both homes. In both cases, these were issues that a less diligent inspector would likely miss, sticking my family with a massive problem down the road. The home we did buy had minor issues he uncovered, but nothing that
