From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. As a first time home buyer, the process can feel overwhelming to tackle but Woytek did an excellent job at checking my home purchase. He was very thorough and if a problem appeared, he offered helpful insight as well as solutions for minor quirks.

Woytek did a great inspection for me today The reason I say this he pointed out issues on a home today that even though the item is working it is hooked up incorrectly. I learned many things today about electrical and plumbing that I was unaware of. Never look at things at face value let someone who knows more than you evaluate what you are buying. Today Woytek did that for me. I am glad he came out and inspected the home that I am going to purchase. He saved me potentially thousands of dollars.

As first time homebuyers, it was important for us to find someone that was knowledgeable, detailed, and affordable. We had him inspect 2 homes and at first we thought he was very thorough until we found out he missed tons of issues in the property we currently live in . Plumbing for the most part and electric wires in the attic were live !! Makes me wonder how good he is . Don't recommend this company and he's definitely not worthy of a 5 star google review like it says on google . Don't call this company at all . Very upset don't call him , call someone else .

Woytek recently completed a thorough home inspection and could not be more pleased! First, he was personable, friendly, clearly explained his home inspection routine, and gave me a quote immediately. He was up front about being booked/busy the week I called but offered his next available date and time with various options. On the day of the inspection, he arrived early and took the time to explain his observations, suggestions, and findings as he completed his job. Woytek was great! He arrived early. He conducted a thorough inspection of the entire property. He also took the time to explain various deficiencies throughout the house and was able to provide rough estimates on repair costs. He quickly gave us a 22 page colored report with pictures notating all deficiencies found on the property within 12 hours. We were able to use this report and his summary report in further negotiations with our attorney in order to receive credit off the home purchase. I would highly recommend his services to anyone wanting a responsive and thorough inspector.

I'm not sure about all other reviews but I'm somewhat disappointed with Woytek. First of all I agree with others about his punctuality, he was on time, flexible and accommodating. However when it comes to home inspection, he missed several important issues with my home. To mention a few, the sump pump drain outlet was not properly installed resulting in water collecting at foundation and making it back to basement. This should have been easily caught. Another big one is mold on drywall. My wife and I pointed out the mold which was right under basement stairs which was previously examined

I needed a very last minute home inspection and messaged like 10 different companies through yelp to get a quote and am so happy to have found Woytek! He replied to my message so fast and was able to accommodate me on the day I needed him. He was early to the appointment and ready to get started right away. He was really detailed and made jokes which kept the inspection from being boring. Not only that but he was able to get the report done the same day! I am really impressed and highly recommend.
