Dr. Lim can be reached on an emergency basis through the office number. You will be given an emergency number to call and directions to leave a message with your status and telephone number and he will promptly call you back. Communication is very important when receiving periodontal care. Our office has an open door policy and we hope you walk through our door whenever you need anything.

Periodontists are dental specialists who are experts in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases affecting the gums and supporting structures of the teeth. They are trained in the planning, placement and maintenance of dental implants. After Periodontists complete four years of dental school, they continue their education for 3 more years to obtain a postdoctoral certificate in Periodontics and limit their practices to this specialty.
Dental implants are a great way to replace missing teeth and also provide a fixed solution to having removable partial or complete dentures. Implants provide excellent support and stability for these dental appliances. Dental implants are artificial roots and teeth (usually titanium) that are surgically placed into the upper or lower jaw bone by a Periodontist - a specialist of the gums and supporting bone.
