First off, my previous experiences have been that Janelle has been an absolute sweetheart and the hygienists have always been pleasant as well. However, today's experience with the front office staff is highly concerning. My twin 12-year old's had a early morning appointment...they entered the office without masks (as it's been SCIENTICIFALLY proven, 1) masks don't "work", 2) children are not at risk, 3) nor are they "spreaders" of this Covid-Hoax and 4) wearing masks negatively impact the immune system...which is why I refuse to poison my kids with them)...they then got their teeth cleaned and

The office is decked out for kids (so while it's still a dentist's office there are plenty of distractions to take their minds off of things). Our original complaint was how the procedures were split into many visits. However, if your kid can sit still for longer times, you can ask that more work gets done per visit which saves both time and money. We had concerns about billing, so we would speak with Dr. Holden before any procedures to understand what would happen which made us comfortable. We've been going there for a few years now and will continue to do so for as long as they will have us.
