Took my Explorer Sport in to get some auto body work done on it. Aldrich did a fantastic job !!! With covid-19 and all the other obstacles we had to jump through trying to get parts for my vehicle they kept me in the loop all the time. I'm very happy and satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle!!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get their vehicle worked on for auto body work.

Picked up my car on June 24th was very happy to get my car back but I did not notice the interior damage that they had caused they have oil in my car I do have pictures these spots were not here before not very happy will not recommend them never use them I don't know why they were in my car in the first place but they were trying to find something to steal it... I need to get $300 of the $800 if not more back so I can get my car properly cleaned... Do not use them they will destroy the interior of your car if they refuse to give me some sort of small amount of refund I will get a hold of a lawyer

Do not go there shop if you believe in customer-service. I had my rear bumper painted in March of 2017. The paint started peeling May 2017. I asked them to do a redo. This redo only resulted in my car looking worse than when I brought it and. I spoke to The Body Shop manager Mike regarding it and he tried to tell me that's what it looked like when I brought it in. In the pictures clearly show that that's not the case. Near the sensors be completely took off the paint and it's chipped in the circular sections as you'll be able to see in pictures. I requested to have my money back-and I'll go somewhere
