I couldn't thank Boulevard Towing enough for what they did for me. I got into an accident 3 months ago. I was waiting for my case to finish to have the person at fault pay for my fees. My fees racked up to over $4,000. The person who hit me wasn't going to pay it. I was stuck with the bill wondering how I'm gonna pay and and what I was gonna do. I talked to the owner and he gave me a miracle. He helped me pay my bill and junked my car with no hassle at all. He was very understanding of my situation and did what he could to help. He is LITERALLY a life saver. They're amazing and have been nothing

Car was towed for parking where I shouldn’t have.. drivers want a street credit of 110 and get unprofessional and dangerous if they feel you cannot give them the money.. I was told I could charge my phone up for 1-2 minutes to call and retrieve money from down the block and soon after dragged down the street when I pleaded with driver my car was bounced up and down on tow with me inside no sooner than I jumped out to apologize and tell him person was pulling up he asked who and I said my neighbor .. well he must have been scared or something took off with my keys in ignition phone and cash .

My car broke down, I was trying to get my car towed from Worcester to Boston, but this guy said he can’t do it today and call back tomorrow, keep in mind this is supposed to be a 24 hour business. He also proceeded to hang the phone on me, what type of customer service skills are being taught at this establishment.

Great service, would definitely recommend. The truck came on time and Julio the driver was very professional and helpful. I will be calling them first next time I need a tow truck.

Had vehicle towed here after accident. Tow truck called by WPD. Why they choose to deal with these folks is beyond me. Rude, Obnoxious, Non-Professional. Worcester needs to better vett which businesses they support. This should not be one of them. They are on the bottom rung of even Towing services which is on the bottom rung of all businesses. Sad.

Guys there were great to my son when he was involved in a car crash. Helped calm him after the accident. Brought him and the car to the yard where we were able to gather some of his things and get him home. Good communication during the entire process. Someone was always there to answer our questions and walk us through what needed to be done. Made a very stressful day a bit easier for all of us.

A heartfelt thank you to John and the whole crew who worked Saturday morning, June 5th. We were involved a car accident and far from home. The whole crew was kind, courteous and resourceful. We are so grateful. I hope the kindness they extended to us returns to each of them many times over!

Worst and illegal towing company. They towed my car parked right behind my office. Asked them why and they said the landlord called. I have my landlord called them and told them no one call for towing. They ignored the landlord and still demand me to pay the fee for towing and storage. They are crooks and bs. I will file the lawsuits. Anyone or victims want to join me in the lawsuits to make sure these kind of crooks stay out of business please contact me.

These lovely people towed my cousins car because they say it was in a tow away zone but do tow away zones have meters... I don’t think so left my cousin and her friend and there highly Autistic son at the restaurant with no way to get home then they inform them they couldn’t get the car seat so several trips have to be made just to get them home bad business for sure

Two of my cars got towed and I tried calling to see if they towed them, and they were very rude. I understand the weather is bad and they’re probably busy but just being kind goes a long way. The towing company that I called (Early- shout out to them even though it’s inconvenient!) that actually towed our cars was very nice and helpful. I don’t usually leave reviews anywhere but this was different. If I never need a tow I know who not to call and I recommend everybody else do the same!
