Melissa Thal Rhodes is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who graduated from UAB Birmingham in 2018 after a career as an ICU nurse for over 20 years. After working as a surgical nurse for 10 years, she transitioned out fo the hospital to work with a plastic surgeon and now utilizes her skills in her results-focused skincare practice.

I had the pleasure to see Macy the NP injector for Botox. Coming into the building, I felt comfortable due to the calming/relaxing sense Ona gives. Macy sat me down and listened to my concerns with my frowns/wrinkles that I had. Not only did she make suggestions for my specific skin and problem areas, but she injected me so carefully and such precision, I didn’t feel a single thing! I definitely will be coming back. If you’re looking for somewhere to get injections, don’t look further, Ona is where you want to go. The staff is welcoming, the prices are great and they have many different treatments

I went in for my first laser treatment and was BLOWN away by the results. I booked the Hollywood Laser Peel as it is less evasive on my laser-virgin skin, but known to show great results. My skin has/had such a glow to it and I can feel where it is tight in some areas!! Amanda answered all my questions and made it fun to learn about what all the lasers do. I rebooked my appointment and might venture out to the world of Laser Genesis next!! Ona- you guys are hands down, the best!

I have been to both locations and love them equally. I live in East Nashville but will drive to the Belle Meade location if need be. Melissa is so conscientious and educated in all services offered. I trust her immensely and look to her for honest, realistic feedback and she has never let me down. I have seen Helen Gaye, Leslie and Gina for services and they are all top notch!

I have been going to Gina at the Belle Meade location since I moved to Nashville. The staff there could not be kinder. I started with facials, but have been doing the Diamond Dermalinfusion monthly for almost a year. My skin has literally never been clearer. I have struggled with acne for most of my life, most recently cystic hormonal acne, and I have scarring. I barely get breakouts now and the Diamond Dermalinfusion has completely changed the texture and appearance of my skin. Melissa and the staff are amazing at Ona Skincare! They are very empathetic about your skincare needs and treat everyone as if they are the most important client of the day! I recently tried the Cryotherapy and loved it!! The prices are similar to other spas in Nashville but I feel they give you the personal service you deserve.

This place is tucked behind the random businesses along hwy 100 right past Belle Meade. They sell ZO Skin Care and have a large menu of services. I got Botox by Melissa and she did a fabulous job. Didn't hurt at all! They are reasonably priced and on par with other places. Melissa is a nurse and has been doing injectables for awhile. I definitely trust her. I was very pleased with the experience and will be back!

I have seen Carrie Smith at ONA for a handful of services now. I could not recommend an esthetician more than I do her! Not only has she transformed my skin and cleared up all of the issues we initially addressed, but she is prepping my skin for what time, age and sun will bring my way.
