Living in the city is an expensive proposition - there's no need to make it harder on yourself by paying an exorbitant amount for rent. All of our apartments represent a great value. That isn't to say they're cheap, tacky, or low quality. We believe that you will have a hard time finding a better value in the New Braunfels area.
Services
While you have the luxury to check out apartments any time of the day you want on the internet. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-12:30 and 1:30-6:00 and on Saturday from 10am - 2pm. Please come by to see them in person. When I rented my first apartment from Comal Apartments, I was in my early 20s and had no idea what to do.

Roaches in the apartments and it’s a bad apartment to live in trust me I wouldn’t waste money live here and the front office people are rude and disrespect towards you won’t do anything like fix things that broken things around the apartment and don’t do any thing about the bugs problem and people break in your cars and apartment this not a good place to rise a family and inside the apartment looks like a jail not worth it trust me and a lot people do drugs outside

I had nothing but problems with this place. They never keep their side of the leasing agreement and are extremely rude. For what someone pays for there you could get a lot better service and better place to live. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Horrible managers and no respect or kindness to their residents.
