Our Tigard location has grown into 3 separate buildings across 8 acres, right off of Highway 217 near the 72nd exit. This central location near the intersection of I-5 and 217 has proven to be very convenient. So we have opted to keep growing at this location as opposed to expanding into other smaller locations.

I took my Leaf there twice when it was damaged and it came back looking better than ever. Once when I got it back, two panels didn't line up quite right and I pointed it out. No more than 15 minutes later they brought it back out and it was perfect. I recently took my Model S in for work and they were very cooperative and understanding about the Tesla service center dragging their feet and having to repeatedly reschedule. When I got the car back it looked great. It turns out that there was a misunderstanding on what exactly I did and didn't want to fix but that's kinda my fault for not being very

Let me tell you my story. Nobody would fix my vintage Porsche. After my neighbor backed into the front end. I was referred to this body shop by a fellow Porsche owner I called them immediately they booked an estimate time for me the following day I was in and out in less than 1 hour with a time and date to do the repair. They replaced my Tesla Model 3 front bumper and I was pleased with the whole experience including how much they charged the insurance company, their customer service, and speed of service. If I ever need any body work done again I have no reason to look anywhere else even if I move to the other side of town.

I repaired my Honda Accord at this shop and few years ago and they were great and did a fantastic job. When I had the need for more body work I naturally brought it back.
First is took about 3 weeks to get an appointment for an estimate. Not great but okay.
The appointment to repair the car was for a few weeks later. Once they had the car, it took quite a while to get everything straight with the insurance company. In fact, when I called for an update, it didn't seem anything had happened. So I called the insurance company and moved the process forward

I have had the misfortune of needing the services of an auto body shop several times over the last 20 year and cannot say enough good things about Artistic Auto Body - Tigard and the service I have received from them. They have been very professional, timely, and have done a great job of working on repairs on several Lexus cars that I have owned. When they are done, you cannot even tell that there was every any damage to the car....always an excellent result! I hope to not need their services in the future, but would not go anywhere else.

I was recently rear ended only a month after a previous rear-ending incident and needed to get my bumper fixed again. The Subaru dealership recommended I check out Artistic Autobody and they were fantastic! Not only were they efficient (they had my car back to me within 2 days!) they completely cleaned my car as well - a welcome surprise as I had not anticipated this level of care at all. While I had taken my car to a different body shop to get the previous repairs done and they had done a fine job, Artistic Autobody went above and beyond with their attention to detail and pride in their work.

Don't ever take your car for repairs !!!
So insurance company totals my car after artistic gives them estimate on repairs . I decide to buy car back as salvage . After waiting 3 days for them to put doors back on I pick up car . I get home notice all the trim around drivers window gone and the hood on my car was not shut and I drive 30 miles home . I call talk to manager his reply " did your hood fly off causing damage " then he says no big deal then . Also his reply to missing trim on window it's a one time on n off ... I say you took trim off passenger window too it&apos

If anything stay away.
I had my car repaired and got it back to later realize they didn't even repair the damages all the way. They take shortcuts and the employees aren't professional at all.
Before Jenifer even saw my car she was questioning me about it like it was my fault.
I should of looked at the repair better instead of relying on a company who doesn't care about their guests.
Damages that should of been fixed are now on me.

I had possibly the easiest experience one can ever have getting my car repaired. From the front office, to the estimator Jennifer who kept me updated every step of the way! I would recommend this shop to anyone. I would not hesitate to bring my car back if needing repairs in the future. It's also super convenient to have enterprise next door for stress free pick up and drop off of rentals.

I had 2 situations where I needed to repair my vehicle. This place has the best reputation ever not only because they do perfect jobs, but because the staff over there who are really helpful and do whatever is necessary to meet the customer top satisfaction. I was really lucky to have my needs handled with a professional way like what they usually do. I would definitely advise this place to whoever likes to have a 5-star service. This is my second time using Artistic, and they've again done an equally good job as the first time. The repair wasn't anything terribly large, just a really unsightly paint gouge on a "new-to-me" car from the previous owner. It was very visible and we wanted to get it fixed.
Artistic did a great job throughout the repair process. They first looked at our car and gave a detailed estimate of what would be required to be done, cost, and timeline. Eric was a good, clear communicator. I felt that the estimate was good, especially considering the very high quality of workmanship

WOW. This is the best auto body shop I have ever used. Eric, my go to dude, was so clear in communication and nice every step of the way. I knew exactly what as happening with my car, got the quote right away (Geico) and had my car back within three days. Also, they washed and detailed my car inside and out! Artistic Auto Body was great from my very first communication via web estimate. Every person I spoke with was friendly and made me feel welcome. After I was clipped which left rear quarter panel smashed up, I was hesitant taking my car anywhere to have the work done because of stories I've heard about auto body shops. Artistic seriously changed my way of thinking. They worked with my insurance adjuster and helped me get into a rental which was located in the same building. Very convenient. I recently took my car in for some additional work that was not done properly after my accident. The manager was rude and confrontational for no reason. Thankfully a receptionist stepped in a deescalated the situation but the manager remained strangely "off" both times I went in. He would hover in the back ground giving dirty looks.

I was involved in a collision on 4/4/17. The other driver illegally changed lanes in an intersection and hit my car.
I took my 2011 Nissan Rogue to Artistic Autobody in Wilsonville on 4/10/17. Don was very thorough and described the process well. I received calls from them notifying me of any updates and an estimated timeline for my vehicle repairs. My vehicle repairs were completed on 4/13/17 but I was unable to pick it up until the 14th which was no problem for them.

They arranged everything for me, including the rental car. I know that's standard but there were no glitches. In this day and age, it's rare to find great customer service!
When I dropped my car off, I got daily text messages with status updates. When I picked it up, not only was the workmanship impeccable, but they detailed it for me. It was spotless.
You may expect that, but I had a fender bender on my old car and that body shop did not detail it. In fact

Wow ..just came by here to get an estimate for my mother's 2003 blazer..some dings scratches and minor dents. They wanted nearly double of what Kadel's auto body wanted! !!
When I asked if I could have the estimate split he said they were paid based on entire bids and couldn't split it up. It felt like they did not want my business. When i told the guy the bid was half the cost somewhere else he told me I should go there!!!! would not recommend this place to anyone.
