Lauren is awesome to deal with! She responds with excitement, professionalism, knowledge, very courteous and goes out of the way to get the best deal concerning your needs. Each conversation was met with a “I’ve come to serve you” attitude. Honestly, you may never meet her, but she honestly cares about your situation. First of all, I’d like to say I love State Farm. I believe they are the best insurance company out there. Secondly, I’d like to say how wonderful Sarah Paulk of Lauren Bright State Farm is. Sarah is very professional, knowledgeable and so very sweet! When moving, it can be stressful. Sarah was very kind and patient to spend time talking with me and getting to know me and my situation. She was incredibly helpful. It’s an answered prayer to find Sarah and Lauren Bright State Farm.

Even though I was only with Lauren for a month (left State Farm altogether), her office provided me with exceptional customer service and professionalism. Unlike my last agent, Laura Lynn Riden (who couldn't care less about her customers even if she tried), Lauren went above and beyond for me while battling State Farm over a claim. Lauren is a wonderful agent. She treats you like family! She was able to save us money while adding more coverage to both our cars as well as renter's insurance to our previous policy. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has also taken care of my business insurance policy. I love how she loves to stay in touch.
