The fungus that lives under the toenails is treated with a gentle laser light. The light passes through the toenail, killing the fungus underneath without causing damages to the nail or the skin around it. At the time of the procedure the toenail will not become instantly clear, but as it grows out, the new nail may grow out as normal.

Do not go here. While the doctor is fine, the office staff is completely inept, unethical and is not in sync with the billing team. The office staff is not responsive, when you call during business hours and they don’t answer their message says the office is closed. They do not respond to their email address and they invent excuses for their poor service. It took over a year to get a bill corrected with insurance for a mistake they made and kept billing incorrectly for. They then tried to extort my husband and withhold his orthotics due to an overdue balance on my account that was not billed

I was in need of help with my swollen foot when I found a near by Podiatrist within blocks of my job. I ran over there at lunch and I was out of there super quick. They quickly did an x-ray and send me off with a cream I bought in house and back at my desk within the hr.
Dr was professional and front desk was sweet and welcoming.
Can’t wait to go back for my 2 week follow up.

I had been to this podiatric office previously and was satisfied because the staff always behaved professionally and were friendly and kind. The physicians ,the doctors in particular Dr. Shapiro is amazing. Even though I left and went to another doctor I ended up returning to the this Pofiatrist office where I was treated properly, professionally and with good results

Dr Shapiro is very nice and personable. Dr Shapiro shows sincere concern about correcting your foot problems. Dr Shapiro is a very good listener, and doesn’t mind answering your questions. He was very informative about my procedure and very honest about the healing process. It doesn’t hurt that he also has a great sense of humor . 👍 I would def recommend Dr Shapiro and Dr Landsman as your podiatrist.
