Terri Tripp-Warren, a native of Marion, founded MasterPeace Home Health Care in 1992 and was the first home care agency in this area. Two very special women influenced the creation of MasterPeace. The model of compassionate care came from her mother, Louise Tripp. She dedicated her life to caring for those in need and became one of Terri's first caregivers.

The Masterpeace Agency is outstanding. If it wasn't for their caring and compassionate staff my mother would be sitting in a nursing home and not her own home. I contacted them just about 2 years ago as another agency had no availability and so glad I did. As I am not close by Masterpeace handles the 24/7 care of my mother, house keeping, groceries, doctor visits and what ever seems to pop up. I am contacted weekly via phone or e-mail with updates on my mother. Kathy (the owner) is always available and Maggie goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Masterpeace. They have taken care of my mother for over 3 years and do a fantastic job. My mother has mild to moderate dementia and is not easy to deal with. The caregivers are always understanding and she looks forward to their daily visits. Without the assistance of Masterpeace I would not be able to keep my mother in her home. Not only do they assist with the patient they also assist the primary caregiver. Masterpeace staff have on several occasions spent time on the phone with me providing advice and encouragement about handling my mother's care. I rely heavily on their organization

Masterpeace stepped in and took control of our situation with the warmest of hearts. My dad lived with us for 3 years and with their help only, he was able to stay with us that long. Thanks to the professional and completely trustworthy care given by MasterPeace, my father was able to live in his own home until the end of his life. HORRIBLE , THIS COMPANY WILL ASK A Dementia , Alzeheimers patient if they have to use the bathroom or of they want to exercise. A Dementia patient is unable to make those choices they will think they just used the bathroom or that they were up and at it all day long. The patient that has dementia should be toileted every couple hours or moved around every couple hours this is not done! The patient will be asked if they have to go. The patients will get pressure sores from sitting all day everyday , also woulldnt take into consideration a diabetic patients diet. The reply was because they likes

MasterPeace has been a fantastic resource for my husband and me. All of the caregivers we’ve had at our home are experienced, trustworthy and very kind. Even when he is cranky and difficult, they are patient and maintain a sense of humor. They have good judgement and are hard workers. When not helping him, they pitch in to help keep our house clean and organized. The management are also easy to work with and thorough about scheduling.
