If I could give -5 stars, I would. This broker Mike Vesey is a scam artist cockroach of the lowest kind. He also operates under multiple names such as "Speed Auto Shipping", "American Freedom Logistics", "Elite United Auto Transport" and other various extensions of these by adding "logistics" and "LLC" to the end to make them look like they are all different. Worse company ever..i have a signed contract with another broker company who has been excellent but this company refused to back off..and because of that they screwed up the process...i finally called them to back off and stop sending me emails etc that I already have a contract with another broker company and I had to threaten a lawsuit..the guy hung up on me but according to my broker he did take down my info so now my broker can proceed in finding me a carrier/driver....

I cannot believe a company could treat their customers this way. We paid a $175 deposit on a transport quoted at $825. Hours before the scheduled pick up, the company requests an additional $150 or they would keep our deposit. We called twice and the customer service immediately said, our contract says "we can do anything we want." Word for word. They then said we have cancelled the order and even if we wanted to agreed to pay the money they were attempting to steal from us, they wouldn't work with us. He said we deal with this all day. I am a fellow vendor for them and they are completely unprofessional. I called them to see if we could work something out with my delay and out came the most profanity I have heard in a professional setting in my life. He refused to hear my proposal to get a good outcome for the customer and so his customer will end up with a bad result due to his inability to work well with others.

Would never use again. My regular company couldn’t pick up my wife’s car. As soon as deposit paid service stops. Message after message. Picked up last Wednesday morning and still not here. Tried to deliver in the dark last night and something nasty that would not rub off all over the hood and front fenders. Said he would clean and re deliver in am, then 12 and then 4. Still waiting. I have shipped so many vehicles with never an issue. Should have a reasonable expectation that the car will be delivered in the same condition it was loaded on the trailer. Avoid.

I got a quote and made a reservation to have them pick up my car...Tomorrow is the pick up date and nobody has contacted me..I have been calling and calling...NO ANSWER..Obviously they do not want my business...My flight leaves tomorrow...Terrible customer service. Dont waist your time!

They don't deserve one star! Never showed up to take my car from Rhode Island to Florida, they spent the day making up lies. From the driver had a heart attack, the run was cancelled, truck broke down and they were getting another driver, leave the car with keys with a neighbor and we will it get whenever. They yelled and swore at me, told me to F--K off find some one else to move my car to Florida. Very unprofessional to yell at customers when they are at fault!

The customer service here is rude, disrespectful, impatient and have a bad attitudes! I will never use this company again! You should save your time and energy and money too. The workers are not polite and they do not care about you or your car(s).

I wish I could give them no stars. I hadn't planned on shipping my car for my move from MA to CA but plans fell through and I had to ship it. I was struggling to find a truck that would go to the North Coast of CA and after many phone calls, I found this company with a reasonably priced quote ($2300). I tried using companies with less expensive quotes but since they were the first company to confirm they could ship to this area, I figured it was my best shot.

Spoke to Mark Sandler. Trying to get a quote on moving a car across the country. I asked him three times for the complete price. He quoted me $1375.

When I asked the question if I use a charge card are there extra charges? He said yes it's an extra 3%.

I said Mark I asked you three times if that was the total complete price and you said yes.

He told me he doesn't want to put up with my Bull S***! And then hung up on me.

Called me when my car was supposed to be picked up and said that unless I pay 150 dollars more they would cancel on me. Of course, I had plane tickets bought and they knew that with just a few hours to board a plane, I wasn't going to find a new transportation company. So I had to end up paying it. I learned later that it is a very common practice for them. They quote you cheaper and wait until the last minute when they know are too late to make new arrangements with another company. Called a gentleman David Mills on September 11, who was helping me to set up a driver to pick up my vehicle from GA to FL. He said that he is a broker and will need to find the driver and it could take up to 3 days. No problem.
It is now September 16th, still no call.
I called him September 18th, which seemed like I was reminding him that he had to find a driver because it seemed like he didn't even see that processed on his end

We have confirmations and agreed pricing. Our daughter and her roommate were both having cars transported. When we spoke to them the day they were supposed to pick up the car Daniel said he never found anyone who would take the car for $300 or her roommates for their agreed upon price going to Connecticut . Beware of this company!!!!!! Andrew Moore will make promises and then will not return any of your calls!! They will low ball you on a price and your vehicle will sit for days!!! The manager doesn't even have the decency to call you and explain what happened!! Its a total scam!!!!!

United auto is a rip off. My car was picked up in N J to be shipped to Houston. Driver forgot to collect keys. Brought my car and tell me I was suppose to provide a fork lift to get the car down. It is a BMW so it cannot roll off without turning the car on. The owner was very mean and threaten me to take the car back. Long story short the price quoted was $550 I ended up paying $1000 This company is a rip off and fraud. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention I was told to make a deposit of $100 and pay rest at delivery. That did not go that way I paid most of the money up

These guys are class act scam artists.

2 consecutive bad experiences with them, this one was the last straw. I had booked through the broker uShip Logistics and got an email from United Auto Transport (George Mason) stating that there was a truck in the area to pick up my car. I was then given an e-document to sign that was asking for a $100 deposit and the remainder to be paid to the driver.

All this while I had paid $927 to uShip Logistics and they had successfully booked my order and were awaiting a carrier. Essentially what these guys wanted was for me to pay their deposit and pay the driver

I don't even know where to start, their customer service is horrible. I was yelled at not just once but twice by a represnitive and then by management. My mothers credit card was stolen shortly after providing them with the information and home address. When I called with my concern about their security the manger yelled at me and said he hates doing Business with Colombians, I don't even know how he knew my ethnicity. What's The Point In Scheduling In Advance?

I called to schedule a pickup up my vehicle about 2 months before my scheduled pickup! I had a fantastic quote of $550. I spoke to the representative about 1 month and 1 week before my scheduled pickup to confirm that the truck was still coming. The representative assured me that I would receive my pickup information at least 2 days before pickup! Since I hadn't heard anything, I called the day prior to my pickup. Mike Quoted me $997 to ship our car from Florida to Seattle. He took a $197 deposit and said I owed the driver $800 cash on delivery. The vehicle arrived and I was told I owed $1,200 due to "tolls and other expenses related to the transport" and that the $197 I paid for a deposit was a 'reservation fee.' Making the total shipping cost $1,400. I called him, he cussed me out, threatened to sue me and made other threats. He claims I was told all along how this worked and he wasn't going to allow me to cheat him... HA!! Straight from the mouth of a con artist himself!
