I can't give enough praise to Jorge and this repair shop. I have brought my car, my son's car, and even my gf's car here all for different services from oil change, to brakes, to figuring out what a weird sound my car was making under the car. Great work overall. But could use a bit of work with communication. The service advisor was great in resolving all issues I had. And the mechanics did a great job fixing a tick in my engine. Had my car back and healthier than ever in about a week. Will definitely consider coming back for future repairs.

I use this auto service shop strictly based on the company's referral whom I purchased my vehicle from, Carmax's referral : Repairpal.com
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the only reason I give 4 stars is because the shop doesn't have any wait area and there is no coffee shop or restaurants nearby for the wait time, i had to drop off my car on Monday 6/7/21 for diagnosis and since there was no place to wait and I was told it would take 6-7 hours, I had to get an Uber home and in the afternoon another Uber to pick up the car as they didn't have the part to repair

I called G&J for a quote for an alternator and battery replacement after receiving a pricey quote at a local Honda dealership. It was a great experience from the start. Armando was very friendly on the phone and quoted me about HALF the price as Honda. They got me in that morning and I had my car home later that afternoon. The price was as quoted.
A few days later my car was having the same issues as before I took it in. I brought it back in to G&J the next day and they found a loose wire, which they promptly fixed for free. I don't blame them for not finding this in the beginning

Best honest mechanics in town! They don't upsell or overcharge for their services. Everyone at G & J is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
They text or call with updates, deal with warranty companies directly, and are quicker than South Bay BMV/Mini. My car is running great again and they were effective in solving the problem.

This repair shop is THE PLACE to go for the quality repair work at a price more than reasonable!!
I have 2015 Mercedes GL450, and I've been getting vibrations on the steering wheel and on the seats.
I kind of knew that the symptoms were due to bad engine/transmission mounts.
Upon calling them about the replacement costs on both engine and transmission mounts, they gave me a very fair price with no hidden charges and they even ended up giving me a little discount after all, which I'm very appreciative.
It's very time consuming and difficult job to replace both engine and transmission

This is the best place to get your vehicles repaired. Great service. Good prices and they know there stuff. I bought my truck from Carmax and they repaired my truck under Carmax warranty. Carmax takes forever for anything and G & j repaired my truck within a week. I take all my cars to them. They do it all and I wish I knew they took Carmax warranty. Carmax kept my car for over a month and it broke back down. Thank you G & J for getting my truck fixed.

If your looking for a local shop, somewhere honest, with a great crew -- this is it! I've found my new mechanic. They were a fraction of what the dealer would have charged for service or for repairs. They also dealt with my warranty company when my alternator died and handled everything, effectively and efficiently. The claim and car were both ready in less than a day. I've recommended this gem to friends and family.

I came here after my car shut off and didn't want to turn back on. I called and made an appointment. The guy who booked our appointment was nice and tried to trouble shoot over the phone. They were super communicative the whole time my car was in the shop. It ended up being a fuse had gone out. I would definitely return. Best service I have ever received at an auto shop. I did not feel like I was over charged or that I was being swindled. I recommend coming here for any issues you have with your car.

George and his staff were super friendly and accommodating. They texted with updates, and were great at communicating what was going on. My car is running great again and I didn’t have to break the bank to get it back to 100%. The most useful service was they provided a list of other potential issues and preventative maintenance that I should look into, such as my drive belt being old and dry.
