Unfortunate to report given previous reviews, but Adam Williams is very rude and unprofessional, not to mention condescending. Being courteous goes a long way. I’m not certain as to what is driving the behavior, but it has left a bad taste. This has been more so the case this past year, not sure if he’s had personal issues going on, but it is not okay to behave in such a way.

I just wanted to make a public note about Adam Williams. Mr. Williams is not only professional but kind hearted. He assisted me with the sale of a condo. He responds to emails pretty quick and was very knowledgeable. He made a rough situation somewhat easy to get through.

When Paradigm Partners took over our condo management the property had been neglected, our finances were a mess and owners were unhappy. They helped us prioritize needed repairs and gain control over our finances. Adam and his group are professional, responsive and easy to work with.

Paradigm Partners manages a ~50 unit condo building that I own a unit in and the building is always clean, has nice landscaping, is well maintained, and the management is always communicating what is going on inside and around the building to all the units and tenants. They've also been absolutely professional and understanding about issues. In particular, Adam has always been communicative and gotten back to me on every single email that I've sent them, and every request that I've asked for. Nothing has never been forgotten or lost track of, ever. I can't say that about

They bring both experience in the industry and reliable contractors to the table, helping our association immensely to achieve our objectives without an exorbitant cost to our community. Lousy. Unprofessional. Stay away from these folks who failed to understand the condo management company works for the owners of the condo, not the other way around. Thanks for making the sale of a condo unit into such a nightmare.
