Noreen from BBA has been an amazing help in enabling our cross-country move to Boston. She has been extremely proactive and helpful, often going out of her way to provide us with information that made our move go smoothly. And since we’ve moved here, she has been a professional, reliable, quick-to-respond point of contact for anything we have needed (minor repairs for our apartment, help when the fire alarm went off). We’ve greatly appreciated her thoughtful, earnest approach to her work and would strongly recommend her/BBA as a result.

Poor communication !! NO Greg that was NOT why I was upset. NO proper communication and the rep was 35 mins late ( if I did that I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to view the apt at all) and spent ALL the time on her phone in the stairway NOT showing us the apt .. SO your investigation wasn't true.. and I HAD NO problem with the price.. the size yes.. I'm use to living in gated community larger apts. Have a good day and stay safe!

Although we have had some minor issues with the apartment, he has worked so hard to make sure that these items were taken care of. I am super thankful we have Daniel as our contact, he is the best!!

Maintenance requests on their online portal go unanswered for days or weeks. Property managers act as if it is the biggest hassle in their life to arrange for maintenance to arrive for emergency issues. Their phone line doesn't work or someone doesn't answer about 80% of the time. The roof at my property has been leaking for two years and clearly needs to be replaced, however their solution has been duct tape. The maintenance person has also said that he has been advocating for multiple years to have the roof replaced on the property. If the rent was not so cheap for this location, my

I’ve been a tenant at two different BBA Management properties for the last seven years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very responsive with any questions I had and always were helpful and friendly. I only ever had a few routine maintenance issues and they were addressed quickly and efficiently. The apartments were in great condition and leases were fair. Great company!

We had a difficult rental as the tenants that were leaving were slobs and made sure that the unit did not show well. In addition they cooked with spices that permeated the apartment giving an unpleasant aroma.
Through the last 6 weeks of their tenancy BBA was able to make the needed repairs and made sure that the apartment showed as good as possible. Greg was at every showing and the unit rented near the top of
the market.

I lived in one of the buildings Greg and his team manages for 6 years. Throughout the years, Greg and the team responded to requests on-time through the online management portal. Evan (one of their team member) supported the apartment to go through updates of all major appliances. During the time we were moving out, Greg sent cleaning person to help us. Another small detail about Greg: We were in the process of figuring out deposit situations due to some previous conditions. He personally came over, took off his shoes at the door, and

There are two reviews here that are hidden, but they parallel my experience with BBA Management. They used to be First Choice Property Management, and were located within First Choice Property's rental office. This was great - they were easy to contact if something was needed. They then moved to an undisclosed location (PO Box) and changed their name! Surprise surprise! They didn't want walk-ins anymore and they needed to start fresh because their reputation was so bad!
Over the course of my 2 year rental, they were miserable to deal with. They didn't take any issues seriously
