Not only is this company non-responsive but they also do not seem to care about anything in their buildings. Since moving in I have had nothing but poor exchanges with Certified Property Management, but that’s only IF I can get someone to respond. I’ve had countless emails and voicemails gone unanswered.
I’ll start with the worst example of their poor management. The other night the carbon monoxide detector that is left sitting on a dusty windowsill in the boiler room was beeping for 1+ hour. After calling the company they informed me “the board doesn’t want

Where to begin with Certified Property Management. As I write this, I feel liberated as I have sold my unit in a building managed by them. Over the last 3 years of residing in this building, 4 of my neighbors (just on my floor) have sold their units simply because of the incompetence of this management company. I should have known something was amiss by 12 of the last 13 most recent google reviews being one star, as well as their 1-star rating on yelp. In our building, it is about a once a week occurrence to pass a neighbor, give a smile and shake your head in humorous despondency and say “Ohhhh
